I can’t speak for Wisconsin, but where I am it has not been an early spring but for a day here and there. It snowed less than a week ago.
This is the great fear of leftists. Not that there is a surge in corona cases when the country opens up, but that there isn’t any surge. Then people will ask what was this all for.
Don’t you see? The coronavirus is a very careful organism.
It will attack you at the clothing store but somehow, it is careful not to attach you at the grocery store.
It will attack you when you go to vote, but it’s clever enough to leave you alone when you go to buy your groceries.
