Trump’s point was that she encouraged people to come visit and dine and so on in an area with a higher than average probability of having covid19 infectious persons. That’s a fact- she did it because being PC was more important to her than people’s safety. Whether she used the word party or not is irrelevant.
If they hide it, it didn’t happen.
