"TheDepartment of Health and Human Services is cutting red tape to begin rolling out mass testing for COVID-19. One Americas Jack Posobiec spoke to the CEO (Steve Anderson) Associations of Chain Drug stores to learn more."
Check the CDC Website to learn who qualifies to be tested.
Will the test take minutes or days to process?
They said to check out the CDC website, but I did not see anything there yet.
I would assume they would be using the 15 minute test
I would use that as the platform if i was running CVS or Walgreens
Pharmacies should be allowed to sell Chloroquine without prescription too.
They made it sound like a while-you-wait type of test, but I will not swear to that.
I think it’s the one where the max time to get results is 15 minutes.
I want the serology test to find out if I’ve already have it, as I think I have.
I would say...that if you test positive, you should call your doctor, watch your temperature and pray you can get the malaria cocktail if desired.
Probably this one=>

Cutting Red Tape. It is nice to see a silver lining in this. Hopefully, this will bring much more to light about the bureaucracy that stifles growth and progress in this country. If anything, President Trump can use this as an example for his next four years to clean out the government.
I’ve been hearing about new tests imminently starting for weeks now, and nothing. Absolutely ZERO increase in the number of tests in the past week, despite hearing news of this since March 19.

Unfortunately, it's currently sold out all over the place. I doubt if millions are suddenly traveling to Africa from the UK. Coronavirus buyers no doubt.

So they want to kill more Walmart employees and shoppers by sending even more of the infected, brainwashed, moronic products of public education to mouth breathe into their faces. Not a wise decision. It’s time to popularize rain suit and goggle fashion while discussing floor plans and operations for tomorrow’s retail companies.
Why not have mobile testing trucks or kiosks set up in in parking lots all over the country??? Tomorrow! The cost will pale in comparison to what happens when numbers start bumping up even a little. Most important will be the cost of the next election.
They are going to test outside. Not going into the stores.
Perhaps it's because you are not looking or paying attention. The US is currently running around 150,000 tests a day, up 50 percent in the last week. See: US Daily Cumulative Totals.
Hospitals, doctors, nurse, pharmacists, etc. can take many more test swabs that can be analyzed. The limiting factor will be (unless it already is) the number of PCR machines and people that can run the test. We know about the Abbott Laboratories 15 minute test. But there are only so many of those machines around. And, 15 minutes is not the cycle time -- the time it takes to start one test to starting the next.
If your local pharmacy gets an Abbott machine, they will be able to run less than 50 tests in a 12 hour day, provided the licensed pharmacist has nothing else to do. It's good to let pharmacists do the swabs, but not a panacea.
According to your own link, the most tests conducted were done ON APRIL 4. That’s LAST WEEK.
There has been only a 16% increase since April 3.
>> But there are only so many of those machines around. <<
Yeah... that’s my point: when are they coming out? Pence said most were shipping “Tuesday” on the 3rd. That would’ve been the 7th... but we’ve seen only a 3% increase since then.
Back on March 19th BioSpace announced they could create 200,000 tests per day in the U.S. Where are they?
Damn, is it April 10 already? I'm retired, lose track of the days. I was thinking April 1.

Maybe they lied. Maybe the tests didn't work. Maybe the test is the same crap China sent to the UK.
