Attorney General Bill Barr called the media’s reaction to the use of hydroxychloroquine as a possible treatment for coronavirus “quite strange,” and criticized the “jihad” aimed at discrediting the drug following President Trump’s touting of it as a potential “game-changer.”
“The politicization of decisions like hydroxychloroquine has been amazing to me,” Barr said in an interview with Fox News host Laura Ingraham. “Before the president said anything about it, there was fair and balanced coverage of this very promising drug, and the fact that it had such a long track record that the risks were pretty well known, and as soon as he said something positive about it, the media’s been on a jihad to discredit the drug. It’s been quite strange.”

Not sure why Trump lets the reporting arm of the DNC continue with “unproven” false narrative in their the hydroxy war to rebut him. It can end forever by asking the biased reporter one question rather than responding.
If you had covid and your doctor prescribed hydroxy, would you decline to take it? No one will believe them if they lie and say they would not take it and most will be forced to say admit they would.

Simply because the “media,” as a subset of the DNC, are solely dedicated to the destruction of the Trump presidency. If hundreds of thousands of Americans have to die as a result, so be it.
Why doesn’t Trump, by Skype, bring in some of the doctors who are using it, and patients who have benefitted? There is so much wasted opportunity with his briefings. Instead of Trump and Prnce saying the same thing rash day, mix it up with guests and topics.
Media has been shilling for ventilators which may not be the right path either.

If he is this naive there is no hope he will ever find the truth.

It’s been pretty mystifying to me too. Not only that, but how they get away with making these insane attacks on a drug that has been used for 70 years (for other conditions) and has even been approved for this disease by the FDA under emergency use (so that insurance companies will reimburse it).
Also, I want to know when the governors who banned it - not a physician among them - are going to be brought up on charges. People in those states should sue their socks off; not only were the governors doing this for political reasons, I should think it way exceeds their authority.
I take that to be rhetorical. I think he knows who these people are.
I’m waiting for the media to find and latch onto someone who had complications from the drug. Fortunately I think instances of this are probably very rare. Any that are happening are hopefully/rightly being kept under wraps due to patient confidentiality requirements. But you just know if the MSM can find one instance where taking the drug caused someone to get a hang nail the MSM will make it out to be the end of the world...

3. If Chloroquine is used extensively, the lock-downs will have to be swiftly lifted, the economy will quickly ramp up and Trump will comfortably sail through to reelection.
The media are going to keep trashing chloroquine utnill the day after the election.
Meanwhile, you can be sure every single member of the media has secured their own secret stash of chloroquine tablets for any contingencies.
You’d have to look far to find a more perfect example of how mindless and reflexive Dem politics have become, and the older-line strategists (Carville, Van Jones, even Donna Brazille, ) are tearing their hair out over it. They could have embraced the thing and shared the credit; instead Trump gets it all (and deserves it all). It places them in the position of openly rooting for the virus, and, dare I utter it? Blocking the Course of History (c). A party that is ostensibly progressive is fighting change for all it’s worth. Not a good look.
Maybe I’m being picky, but Barr had to be in a stupid interview to say that.
I am shocked at the paucity of support PDJT gets from the pubbies. The dims NEVER SHUT UP, if something has to be addressed.

Cruz, and to a lesser degree Rubio, are the only ones expressing opinions about this mess sans interview.
I am curious to see if Americans will keep watching the left destroy the nation cut by cut. The economy is ruined,liberty evaporated and we are held hostage by BS media and government. They keep inflating and conflating bogus numbers and information and people eat it up.
Weapons grade bio-warfare agents don’t kill 1% of those infected. Not an effective one anyway.
