President Trump recently fired Intel Community IG Michael Atkinson and he’s reportedly gearing up to fire several more Deep State IGs in one fell swoop.

The IGs Trump is looking to fire were appointed by Barack Obama or beforehand.

“President Trump wants his own people in those positions now.”

Breaking: Trump is firing 7 IGs in one fell swoop, sources confirm to @RealClearNews. Most likely will be the IGs that were appointed by Pres. Obama or beforehand. He wants his own people in those positions now. Trump during his briefing said he has “put in 7 names” for IGs.

Real Clear Politics reporter Susan Crabtree said it could include Brian Miller, senior White House associate counsel, as special inspector general for pandemic recovery at the Treasury Department. Trump appointed Miller to the special IG post last Friday

Also — some of these are likely replacements for IGs who have been serving in only acting roles (not Senate confirmed )– but at least some of whom were first put in their position by Pres. Obama

"Frank! Frank! I've got some more stuff we can use to get rid of Trump!"

"Frank? Jean? Bob? Hello?"

Well, post-impeachment, the anti-Trumpists are seriously low on ammunition. They’re reduced to shooting spit-balls (tin foil hat aside). But still, if he just replaced all of them on Day 1, what’s the worst that could have happened? A bogus impeachment? Seems kind of inevitable.

Early on, Trump made the mistake of trusting the GOP.

We've been griping about this new board member at Fox, a guy who seems to have brought a never Trumper attitude to the broadcasts.

Who is that? Oh yeah...the never Trumper who used to be Speaker of the House! He actively tried to torpedo PT, again and again.

Some more names from Memory Lane...McCain...Flake...Graham.

DC regarded PT as an invader. If not actively never Trump, passively. But hostile nonetheless.

Candidates for posts declined, because they were told that if they worked for PT, they would never work again.

This is the environment on Inauguration Day 2017. More often than not, non-swamp administrations have to hire from the private sector. Those you want the most (because they are aware of the swamp) are least likely to take a government job (because they are aware of the swamp.) It's comparatively easy to hire for the swamp. They know each other. Government is their career...and for the left, the political is the personal.

PT didn't have anyone to staff he'd worked with before. First Christie, who was then sidelined for Pence.

So he was on his own. Not only did he not have ready replacements, the Senate told him he'd have a hard time getting replacements confirmed. Hostile Senate, including Repubs.

I will make no such acknowledgement.

The President et al have a plan that is flexible to the point it is not being revealed because they know peanut gallery nit pickers such as many here would howl and bitch and moan unnecessarily over uncertain details.

At this point I recognize no economic error because none actually exists. The only known is that there are to be economic problems of great magnitude. Many such as Rush rush to complain about problems that are unrealized.

For good conservatives to desert the President over nitpicking uncertainties is travesty
