And so it begins.
A$& hat lawyers still at it. They never stop
Crook County.
Oh, boy.
I was at Walmart yesterday (wearing a face mask) and was surprised that employees are taking no precautions (standing close together, no masks, no gloves...no nuttin).
Every employer in the nation just excreted a brick.
Were you injured mixing cleaning chemicals during the coronavirus pandemic? You may be entitled to a settlement.
I’ve thought the same thing at our Walmart and our local grocery.
I don’t know that this Walmart forbid the wearing of masks. But if they did, they’re toast.
And even if they didn’t, OSHA regs require companies to take “due care” to provide a safe workplace.
They might get by with a slap because pandemics are pretty rare. And because the nation’s leaders weren’t calling for masks yet. In fact, they may be able to use the Surgeon General’s comments on mask as an excuse.
A large cash settlement. Call Dewey, Cheat, and Howe today!
The bottom-line seems to be that someone had a job, caught an infectious disease, and died.
Has this ever happened before?
Yes. Yes, it has. You don’t normally sue your employer because you get sick.
People need to stop treating COVID-19 like its something really special — like it just changes all the rules. It doesn’t.
This is why we can’t have anything nice.
We will never be able to reopen businesses as long as there are those who believe there should be 100% safety guarantee.

Hey, a family member died! KA-CHING!!!
My go-to guys are Shyster, Ripov, Gypsum and DeFraud.
When I went to the grocery yesterday, although my cashier was behind a large plexiglass shield, he had no mask on.
I was worried about him, he’s not even 18. If grocery workers want to wear masks, they should.
I don’t know if he wanted to wear a mask or not, but I had something on my face. Better safe than sorry.
I don’t believe that any have, as Asian employees sometimes wear them even when there is not a pandemic.
Next it will be customers suing Walmart.
Extra unemployment
Hospitals paid extra
Government workers paid not to work
Social Security paid
Teachers paid not to work
Lawsuit jackpots
$6 trillion and climbing fed spending mostly pork/
All on board the WuFlu express!
Indeed.
Waiting for lawsuits because someone died when taking a new pill or this malaria/zinc pill.
Untested by full FDA standards, swift and incomplete research, and while a millions are saved, some person dies, the lawsuits begin.
Lawyers will be the downfall of us all.
(Any man able to argue with equal vigor both sides of an issue, is a man without principle, honor or a honest soul.)
Just me talking.
I was at Walmart yesterday (wearing a face mask) and was surprised that employees are taking no precautions (standing close together, no masks, no gloves...no nuttin).
Walmart doesnt want to scare the customers away, and the employees to them are a commodity. There is an expected rate of spoilage.
