The Rats are going to try to take her out with the stock allegations this election.
I was against this before, but things have changed.
It is a big story in Georgia. Doug Collins is a proven conservative. Kelly Loefler is a GOPe candidate and donated to Romney, etc. Never donated to or supported President Trump until she wanted the senate seat. The Governor appointed her after the retirement of Senator Johnny Isakson who retired due to Parkison’s disease (I believe). President Trump wanted the Governor to appoint Collins. Anyway, just before the market crash, Loefler sold a lot of stock (travel and hotel stuff I believe) plus her husband is some big wig in the NY stock exchange. Apparently, the reason that Kemp appointed her was that she could self-fund her campaign for re-election. Anyway, she is now baggage on Kemp. Trump is stuck in the middle because he wants Kemp’s support, even though Kemp didn’t appoint who Trump preferred. That’s it in a nutshell.
YEAH!! She needs to be INVESTIGATED for her stock selling!!
We are talking about a Republican Primary, right? The rats would tear her to pieces with the stock thing.

It’s going to be run on November 3rd and all candidates, both Republican and DemocRAT, will be on the same ballot. If no one gets a majority of the vote, the top two vote getters will go against each other in a runoff election.

Thanks, I knew about the stock sale but not the rest of it.
Not to defend her but her husband is the President of the Stock Exchange and with his contacts probably had access to plenty of information without any need for committee briefings, so her trades were as legit as legit can be when you have that kind of inside track.
With her access and connections she also doesn't need the job so losing an election isn't going to cramp her lifestyle one bit.

This whole situation was soooooo unnecessary if he would've just picked Collins like TRUMP wanted!!!!!

Many people out there thought it was a bad thing for Collins to run against her. I do not understand why. She was a bad choice from the get go.
Oh, I can’t wait until he defeats her in the upcoming election.
