Not from COVID? Somebody’s slipping.
Well, Bye, Ronnie?
I was in Austin in 1993 when the POS indicted Kay Bailey Hutchison on the phony charges.
Forced to retract it all. Disgusting trash is all he was.
And I don’t care if he croaked. He did it again to DeLay with the same disregard for the law.
Nothing but a cheap thug.
Ah, Too bad, /S
I remember this! It was a Travis-ty.
Where will his pi$$ trench be located?
If you sit by a river long enough the body of your enemy will wash by.
The seriousness of the charges only going one way has lost a voice.
He also tried going after Lt Gov Bob Bullock. Bob bit back.
He indicted Tom Delay on an ex post facto law just to use the Republicans' rules against them, the rule that forced a leader to step down if there were ethics charges against them.
Earle did this because Delay had the nickname "The Hammer" because of how he was beating the Democrats in the House as the Majority Leader during Newt Gingrich's "Contract with America" tenure.

Good riddance - true scumbag
Yeah.
But think of the damage done while you wait...
Investigation and indictment of Kay Bailey Hutchison
Earle filed charges against Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison, then Texas State Treasurer, for allegedly misusing state telephones and allegedly assaulting a staffer. Earle attempted to drop the charges on the first day in court in fact, at the pre-trial hearing after the judge in the case questioned the admissibility of his evidence. The judge refused to allow it, instructing the jury to return a "not guilty" verdict so the charge could not be brought against her again.
Good riddance.
May he BIH.
Yet another integrity-free loser bites the dust.
His memory certainly is not a blessed one.
Yep.
The sky’s a little clearer, and the birds are chirping a little louder today.
Nice to see some good news for a change.
“(persecuted Tom Delay)”
Just like Mueller and his Henchman Weissman who put 4 innocent men in jail where 2 of them died B4 the convictions were all overturned !! Viva ANUSLAWYERS ....... Oh yeh —that innocent guy in Atlanta a Mueller victim too....
Maybe Earle shouldn’t have spent so much time in the woods with other high profile perverts spanking chickens, doing tribal drumming, and what not.
#36. Thought the sky’s a little clearer and the birds are chirping a little louder today, the WORMS ARE NOT HAPPY!!
