However, watching FDA Commissioner Stephen Hahn's interview on the Watter's World show this Saturday night really opened my eyes.
One of the things i've noticed is that guys like Hahn and Fauci sing totally different tunes when they're not on the stage with President Trump, but are off giving interviews by themselves ...
And tonight Hahn said two things (with one omission) that blew my mind and may explain why we're not hearing squat about the putative NYC hydroxychloroquine trial:
1. When Jesse asked Hahn how long it would take to get results from the NYC hydroxychloroquine trial, Hahn said "months",and then let the subject completely drop without saying another word. Obviously, by the end of several months several hundreds of thousands will have died and any "results" would be moot ...
2. Then Jesse asked Hahn about the plasmapheresis "cure", and Hahn rhapsodized about how rapidly everyone was moving on this and how many different research centers were involved and all the work the FDA was doing on this and how the Red Cross was going to do all of that and that Hahn was expecting results really quickly ... totally different attitude and enthusiasm level than with the supposed NYC hydroxychloroquine trial.
3. Finally, Hahn completely failed to mention the new Oracle platform that lets any doctor anywhere in the USA join and input clinical data about experiences with prescribing hydroxychloroquine, where said platform is a tremendousinnovation in quickly collecting and analyzing trial data (https://www.oracle.com/corporate/covid-19-tls-faq.html)
It seems to us that Hahn and the rest are doing everything in their power to suppress the use of a cheap drug no one can make a profit on, and promote an EXTREMELY expensive process that's not scalable and will likely cost tens of thousands of dollars per dose ... so it looks to us that they're: 1.) trying to screw President Trump, 2.) suppress hydroxychloroquine because it was "not invented here", 3.) suppress hydroxychloroquine because there's no profit to be made, and 4.) suppress hydroxychloroquine because it's low-tech and not sexy like plasmapheresis
Someone like the "Tucker Carlson Show" or the "Hannity Show" needs to investigate whether the putative hydroxychloroquinetrial NYC trial is really happening and when will there be results, and who is responsible if the whole thing is a sham or set up to fail or not produce timely results ...

Do they get some sort of reward from a medical society for being so fanatical about the scientific method?
I can go to a nutritionist, an acupuncturist, a medicine man, a granny witch, an herbalist, a chiropractor or an abortionist, but I shouldn’t be allowed to take this one unproven remedy because it might not work?

While great Americans who built this coutnry with the sweat of their brow drop dead from a virus that coudl be stopped in it’s tracks by a very cheap drug!
What about the HCQ test run by UMN? I think they started well before NY and IIRC they had a preliminary check date 21 April. And there are several other studies on HCQ being run in many other countries. One idiotic administrator is not enough to stop them all.

They protect their processes above all else and hide behind the word “science.”
They are married to clinical trials not necessarily for the science but because that is what the process is. Those trials are about data and not necessarily about how a drug is supposed to work.. Those trials are about playing the government’s game. In theory it is about efficacy and safety, or at least it is supposed to be.
In this case we have a regime involving two known drugs with known side effects. We have a known (in general) biochemical process that a virus follows. The drugs have a known effect on that process. So why not try it?
The FDA doesn’t care. As long as there is a new, off label use involved, they approach this as is the drug were experimental, as if they had never been approved in the first place. Oh sure, they may allow that off label use. But as far as the bureaucrats are concerned, until you pass their sacred process, that off label use is purely “cowboy.”
And moving the Fauci’s of the world off of that view requires what the regulations says it requires and nothing less will do. Trials must be done, months and years must pass. That is the way.

Maybe not ... but President Trump keeps referring to the NYC trial nearly every day and indicates he expects results in a few days that he can announce,not months ... there is zero information about this supposed trial on the internet other than conflicting reports of when it supposedly started ... zero about which institutions are supposedly participating, what that treatment protocols are, who the participating doctors are, who is in charge, etc. ... it looks to me like the FDA may be sand-bagging President Trump ...

give anyone/me or any good data analytics person the results in a file format of their choice and we/I can give you results in two to three days-might not be 75 pages long but it will give you the results-ought to tell Hahn he doesn’t have a job or pay like the rest of us and he would have the results in a couple of weeks
