Good for him.

That’s another reason why I tell folks not to think they
can’t make it through if they contract COVID-19.

Can’t say for sure they’ll make it, but a number of older
people are.

That's the spirit that made this country what it was.

I'm sixty-seven years old and have asthma, a prime candidate for having my ass kicked by the coronavirus if I should get it. Nonetheless, I'd gladly run the small risk of a not-untimely mortality for the sake of people younger than myself and for generations yet to come. If I die it's no tragedy. If the lives of everybody else are destroyed it will be a tragedy far beyond anything that could happen to me at my present age.

The gent looks fit — not only “fit for a 94 year old” but fit.

Keep healthy and you can beat most of the viruses, most of the time.

This is good news, so thank you for posting it

THE OL' CODGER SEEMED TO HAVE EVERYTHING AGAINST HIM, DRANK A LOT OF FLUIDS, QUARANTINED AND SLEPT ............. NO MENTION OF MEDS.

The newspaper reports he started feeling unwell with a low-grade fever on March 15 and was hospitalized overnight due to kidney disease, his congenital heart condition and high blood pressure.

Etherington said they treated Kelly "like a leper" as he spent his first week isolated in a bedroom which he only left wearing a mask and relatives wiped down any surface he touched.

But the stoic vet managed to come out the other end after he spent his isolation period drinking plenty of liquids, watching old movies, and praying.

Thank you,sir and my 2 month old great grandson also thanks you.
I'm 72 with COPD and congestive heart failure. Anything this panicdemic can do to me is far outweighed by the damage done to this nation and it's future by the cure.

Maybe he got critically hungry back in the ‘40s and scarfed up a bat in a foxhole on Guam, gaining some immunity in the process. Now that would be toughness. ;)

But seriously, it’s hard to tell why a few have some sort of surprising immunity. Maybe they were simply exposed to a lighter viral load at first. I don’t know.

Get tough or die. The only way this virus will become less of a problem is immunity. Whether by vaccine or exposure.
