Rank and Vile – DOJ Inspector General Identifies 93 Percent Non-Compliance Within FISA Review – Issues So Bad IG Presents Interim Report Before Reviewing Details…

...♦ Within the 29 FISA applications reviewed, four were completely missing the Woods File. Meaning there was zero supportive evidence for any of the FBI claims against U.S. persons underpinning the FISA application. [ie. The FBI just made stuff up]

♦ Of the remaining 25 FISA applications, 100% of them, all of them, were materially deficient on the woods file requirement; and the average number of deficiencies per file was 20. Meaning an average of twenty direct statements against the target, supporting the purpose of the FISA application, sworn by the FBI affiant, were unsubstantiated. [The low was 5, the high was 63, the average per file was 20]

♦ Half of the FISA applications reviewed used Confidential Human Sources (CHS’s). The memo outlines that “many” of applications containing CHS claims had no supportive documentation attesting to the dependability of the CHS.

♦ Two of the 25 FISA applications reviewed had renewals; meaning the FISA applications were renewed to extended surveillance, wiretaps, etc. beyond the initial 90-days. None of the renewals had any re-verification. Both FISAs that used renewals were not compliant.

But wait… it gets worse....

So basically President Trump wasn't illegally spied against because all FISA's are illegal. Do I have that right?

The same people that loved Comey and Mueller - now claim Barr is all that.

Sure looks like Barr is operating like Comey and Mueller.

Durham hired all Dem Prosecutors - and they think their job is to protect Adam Schiff while he recruits more activist Whistleblowers.

And IG Horowitz is a Deep Dem that doesn’t believe in Motivation on one side.

Secret counts bad. Maybe that’s why the founders didn’t establish them.

The DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD) chief counsel, and the chief counsel for every FBI field office are required to conduct an “Accuracy Review” of selected FISA applications…. The error rate within the files self-checked was over 93%.

A man named John Carlin was Head of the DOJ-NSD when all these shenanigans/crimes were taking place. His job would include ultimately signing off on all these corrupt FISA applications, and ensuring compliance. Carlin was also a close protege of James Comey. Carlin also knew that Admiral Mike Rogers was conducting a full review of the whole NSA “database query”process, which was highly abused by FBI and its “contractors” - and he was trying to slow this review down. He resigned a mere 3 weeks before the election fo 2016.

WHY is Carlin’s name never heard, nor does he ever seem to have been investigated????

Those FISA Court judges should themselves be prosecuted.

FISA Court judges are not that stupid.

I imagine they were working hand-in-fist along with the Democrat Deep State.

Roberts, right along with them, I believe to be evil.

“Durham hired all Dem Prosecutors...”

That’s the first time I’ve heard that.

Who was in charge of the FISA court ... Who was he ... John something or other?

A guy named John Carlin was head of the DOJ National Security Divison. Before that he was Mueller’s Chief of Staff. As head of the NSD, It was his job to sign off on all these phony FISAs, ensure compliance, make sure NSA data was being used properly (which is wasn’t at all - which was why Admiral Mike Rogers was conducting a full-scale review in 2016.)

WHY John Carlin is walking around a free man today, without even a stain on his reputation, is incomprehensible to me.

“WHY is Carlin’s name never heard, nor does he ever seem to have been investigated????”

It seems all investigations by Republicans are of “procedures” and such. Republicans don’t investigate people. They investigate process. And then intone that the process was flawed. Then they march off as if they’ve done something. Because politics a mutual protection society.

The FISA rules were sold, I thought, for rare cases where a circumscribed violation of the Fourth Amendment is justified to prevent a very likely and imminent possibility of loss of life and limb. Not for fishing expeditions.

Shut it down now. Else, it will filter down to your level, and mine. That is right, Freepers will be subject to national spying. Just a matter of time.
