DOJ's FISA report contradicts claims by Dems, media figures that surveillance rules were strictly observed

New findings by the Justice Department inspector general that the FBI has repeatedly violated surveillance rules stood in stark contrast to the years of assurances from top Democrats and media commentators that bureau scrupulously handled Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants -- and prompted Republican lawmakers to caution that the FBI seemingly believes it has "carte blanche to routinely erode the liberties of Americans without proper justification."

CIRCA 2017 FISA Report Confirmed:
Obama Admin Sent FISA-Obtained Info on Americans to Non Government Entities
We Still Don’t Know Whose Data Was Sent to What Entities

The Hill ^ | 2/24/2020 | Joe Hoft / FR Posted on 2/24/2020, 1:16:05 PM by bitt

A stunning April 2017 report from the FISA Court received no publicity until nearly a year after it was released to the public. The report covered results of an investigation or audit into FISA searches made by Obama’s NSA, FBI and DOJ during Obama’s time in office. On April 26, 2017, an unsealed FISA Court Ruling unveiled a number of criminal activities that Barack Obama’s FBI, NSA and DOJ participated in during his time in office. The report was actually completed before the 2016 election.

The FISA Court Ruling showed widespread abuse of the FISA mandate. According to the report, Obama’s FBI, NSA and DOJ performed searches on Americans that were against their 4th Amendment rights. This went on for years. One paragraph in the report states that 85% of the Section 704 and 705(b) FISA searches made during the time of the audit (a few months in 2015) were non-compliant with applicable laws and therefore criminal.

In addition, Obama’s DOJ and FBI were illegally searching Americans against their rights. Unbeknownst to most Americans, Obama’s FBI was providing this information to outside contractors who had no business or legal cause or claim for the information. A review of the report showed on page 19 that the Court stated that Obama’s NSA had an institutional “lack of candor”.

LINKED Below is the 99-page report released on April 26, 2017 in an unsealed FISA Court Ruling.
2016 Cert FISC Memo Opin Order Apr 2017 (4) saved by the Sinclair Broadcast Group on Scribd) 1 of 99 pages

Rogers is also suspected of telling President-elect Donald Trump that he was being spied on in a meeting shortly after his election win in November 2016. The level of corruption within Obama’s NSA, FBI and DOJ is shocking. To date no one has been charged with crimes or is serving time as a result of the many crimes committed by this group of government hoodlums. We still don’t know what companies were receiving personal information on which Americans during the Obama years. It’s been more than four years!!! (Excerpt) Read more at thegatewaypundit.com ...

85% of NSA searches by Obama Were Illegal
Susan Rice was colluding with Obama to set-up the shady operation

Freedom Outpost ^ | 01-24-2018 | Tim Brown / FR Posted 1/24/2018 by ReformedMedia

CIRCA 2018---In trudging through the FISA document that came to light, it was discovered that Obama's National Security Agency (then-headed by Susan Rice) had been illegally conducting searches on people in the US. The document has gone on to state that those illegal searches, which were conducted under Obama amounted to a whopping 85% of the total searches involving US person identifiers.

NOTE---More emphasis needs to be placed on the “2 hops” rule for FISA warrants.
The FISA wasn’t just to spy on Carter Page, but with “2 hops” the Obamanoids could spy on virtually the entire Trump campaign staff.

REFERENCE----REDDIT.COM Under FISA law, when the government obtains a warrant on an individual, they are also allowed to spy on anyone that person contacts, as well as anyone the contacted person contacts, as well as anyone that person contacted, going back FIVE YEARS!

In other words, the Obama administration got a warrant on Carter Page, but since Page would have been in contact with at least 1 member of the Trump campaign, and that member or one of their contacts probably was in contact with virtually anyone even remotely connected to the campaign, the FISA warrant made it "legal" for Obama and his cronies to spy on anyone even remotely connected to Trump or the campaign and look at ANY of their communications over the last FIVE YEARS!

This should be a major focus of these stories,
since one of the Deep State's main talking points is that it was "only" looking at Page.

there are many who should be facing prison time for misusing the FISA program. But I am also concerned that the FISA judges had to know what was going on and failed to take corrective action. Is the DOJ or SCOTUS looking into what appears to be a corrupt FISA court?? If not, why not??

It is also worth remembering it wasn’t just “wiretaps” that were gained via FISA.
Obama's FBI requested surveillance on Trump that is generally reserved for tracking suspected terrorists.

Under Obama's aegis, the FBI requested and received:
<><> full Title-1 surveillance authority including:
<><> wiretaps, electronic surveillance, the use of bugs and tracking devices, physical surveillance,
<><> electronic and satellite geo-location surveillance, and much more.

When Mr. Clinesmith manipulated evidence to attain the warrant he was working under the guidance of FBI supervisory agent Peter Strzok.

We're hearing that the rules weren't followed, that we need new rules and more training.

Why is this supposed to be reassuring?

Right!! Who are those not following the rules and why are not not facing legal action? Who has allowed them to skate free, and why??

It’s not that “rules” weren’t followed - it’s that LAWS weren’t followed. I want to see criminal indictments and prosecutions for those who violated the law. Where are they?
