Pelosi Claimed Trump ‘Denial’ About Virus ‘Deadly,’ Watch Her Encouraging People to Visit Chinatown in Late February

As we reported on Sunday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) attacked President Donald Trump on CNN’s “State of the Union” with Jake Tapper, claiming that Trump was fiddling while denying the Wuhan coronavirus and that was “deadly.”

The reality is that while Trump was addressing the problem in January by activating the CDC, forming a task force on top of all the assets already in place, and cutting travel with China, the Democrats were concentrated on pursuing a fruitless impeachment, calling the task force “too white” and claiming that cutting travel was “racist” or “xenophobia.”

There she is in a crowded store encouraging other people to come down and visit for the Chinese New Year as one normally might, social distancing be damned. According to the reporter, Pelosi said it was “perfectly safe” to be there. She said it was exciting to be there, to be “unified” with our community. “We do want to say to people, come to Chinatown, here we are…come join us.”

There are now 2000 cases in the San Francisco Bay Area with six dead.

As if Nancy and her people gave a blank about the virus, as they were consumed with impeachment in January and February, as the virus threatened.

What did Nancy and Democrats try to do about the virus, before it reached critical mass?

I hope people see right through this. Anyone here think that Joe Biden or a President Hillary would have done anything differently, or would have been steps ahead of Trump and his team, in dealing with all of this?

Most everyone here knows Biden or HRC would have done just about everything differently. Allow me to start a list:

* They would have ensured that any Committees or Task forces were gender and racially balanced, with an absolute minimum of old white men included.

* They would have ensured that there was at least a $ trillion more in pork included in the stimulus package.

* There would be stimulus packages every other week -- with increasing percentages of pork included.

* They would hire the best speechwriters, and Tele-prompter programmers, so that they could deliver comforting addresses to the nation, on a regular basis. They wouldn't do anything; but, they would make sure that you knew they feel your pain.

* Funding for Planned Parenthood would double, and abortion clinics would be mandated to stay open 24/7, because killing the unborn is an essential service, at times like this.

* Use of, prescribing, or even mentioning any commonly-available drugs as a possible cure would be illegal, under severe penalty for violation.

* Borders would be open -- because racism.

* Hunter Biden would be sent to China to contract for needed supplies -- with the DNC getting a nice slice. * more ...

Have you noticed that the president has been quite gracious in acknowledging the work of democrat governors, and even Schumer on occasion?

But he never invokes Pelosi‘s name, or even vaguely references her.

I don’t believe that from here on out, anything she sends to Trump’s desk will get a signature.

BIDEN: “China is going to eat our lunch? Come on, man...they can’t even figure out how to deal with the fact that they have this great division between the China Sea and the mountains in the east, I mean in the west.” Biden continued “they can’t figure out how they’re going to deal with the corruption that exists within the system. I mean, you know, they’re not bad folks, folks. But guess what, they’re not, they’re not competition for us.” Biden’s suck-up to Communist Chinese leaders was outrageous: “Chinese leaders are good folks.” Yet, we know those same Chinese leaders are committing crimes against humanity. Locking up 1.1, maybe 3 million Uighurs, in concentration camp-like facilities where a not insubstantial number of them are dying.

Here is a time line for how the virus progressed in January:

Dec. 31, 2019: Chinese officials in Wuhan in China’s central Hubei province confirmed dozens of cases of pneumonia from an unknown cause.

Jan. 11: China reported its first known death from an illness caused by the coronavirus. The patient was a 61-year-old man in Wuhan.

January 14: WHO said there may have been human-to-human transmission of the virus, Reuters reported.

January 15: Li Qun, head of the Chinese Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) emergency center, claims the risk of human-to-human transmission is “low,” the Journal reported.

January 17: After 12 days, the Wuhan Municipal Health Commission started giving daily updates on new cases of the coronavirus.

January 18: Despite the presence of the coronavirus, Wuhan holds a “potluck” banquet for 40,000 families to try and break a world record, The New York Times reported.

Jan. 21: The United States announced its first confirmed coronavirus case — a man in his 30s in Washington state

Jan. 23: China placed Wuhan, a city of 11 million people, under quarantine orders. All flights and trains departing from the city were canceled, and buses, subways and ferries within the city were suspended.

January 23: Wuhan is finally locked down, even though about 5 million people had already left the city without being screened by that time.

Jan. 30: WHO declared the outbreak a global public health emergency as more than 9,000 cases were reported worldwide, including in 18 countries beyond China.
