The screenshots of anti-Trump Facebook posts by Krolczyk, regarding COVID-19, were shared and criticized on Twitter by a local political consultant. On Friday night, Michael Caputo tweeted a screenshot of Krolczyk's Facebook post which showed an anti-Trump exchange.
Now, to be sure, your FB posts are "public" and if you work at Company XYZ and people can see your posts under your real name and not, say, dfwgator or DoodleBob or whatever, and you make your views known, you're stupid.
If she made these posts on her personal FB account and someone ratted on her, I have mixed feelings about this firing.
Opinions are like azzholes...everybody has one.
Just be careful how and where you f@rt.
RPMI is a fine, clinical facility. Several years ago, before fleeing NYS, I received excellent, successful care.
By the way, have you had your PSA checked?
According to this, she was using her employer’s computer system to post her ‘private opinions’:

It’s interesting that facebook didn’t suspend her account prior to this. If it’d been anyone saying the same about Democrats/Hillary supporters, facebook would’ve closed their account.

It was found she used company resources and on company time. That’s what got her Terminated.
No one ‘ratted’ on her.
She put that out in the digital world all by her lonely little self.
Now, as far as ‘ratting,’ there is a terrible problem with many who view someone ‘ratting’ in her.
Why?
Ratting is one of the biggest sins in the Black Community.
It’s why black on black crime is what it is, why it will not be stopped and why they are in despair.
I’ve told EVERYONE that I’ve ever known to not tell me what they’re doing if I deem it a threat to ANYONE. My own children understand my views.
I actually WANT folks to know who the threat is in the community. Why in the sweet name of civilization would you have a problem with someone letting the world know about her evil??
If someone learned by chance that you or your loved one could very well be targeted or denied treatment by this woman’s thinking, you’re going to say you’d rather not learn about the possible threat because it was a ‘private’ discussion or topic?
Even if she was using her personal Facebook profile and she did it during her own time, the problem was that she represented the hospital she worked for and Facebook is public so anyone can see her posts. Obviously, the hospital did not share her values so they had to fire her. Should had posted elsewhere anonymously (twitter or reddit?)
Despite what people would like to believe, Facebook is no more private than a roadside billboard.
