Trump: I am giving consideration to a QUARANTINE of developing “hot spots”, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. A decision will be made, one way or another, shortly.

Just as this virus started about the same time the IMPEACHMENT SCAM was about to end (coincidence, not), America will open for business again RIGHT BEFORE THE NOVEMBER ELECTION (coincidence, not).

Americans will then decide with their vote if they would like the GUARANTEED INCOME which they've become accustomed to upon passage of the 'CoronaVirus Emergency Act'

CoronaVirus: 20% real, 80% POLITICAL SCAM aimed at harming Trump's re-election!

Deal is its a remodel of an historic home in Tyler’s beautiful brick street district. Inherited after mom died 3 years of incredible labor has yielded 3 completed rooms. The tenant got a gorgeous bdr with mantel baseboards, door framings all hand scraped to bring back the original pine. We are talking major work here.
We rented to him with an addendum regarding FULL LANDLORD ACCESS so we could continue remodelling and moving a bathroom to a better location. We did not go there often (maybe twice a month) as its a 3 hr. drive.
He became restless and mouthy about this arrangement although he signed off on it. We also did not want utilities in his control should it be the case that it got turned off. So now we have to pay as the summer is coming and the utilities will become very costly esp. with 11 ft. ceilings in the front part of the house.
Geez starting to wonder if a payoff with the stimulus check would be smart.

NY tri-state metro pop is 21+-m. US est 2020 is 329+-m. Round up and say NY tri is 6.5%.

But they are 40% of total US covid mortality to date.

I’ve heard too many horror stories about renters and would NEVER consider it as a source of income.

New York City 2020 versus London 1665-1666:

Great Plague of 1665-1666

This was the worst outbreak of plague in England since the black death of 1348. London lost roughly 15% of its population. While 68,596 deaths were recorded in the city, the true number was probably over 100,000. Other parts of the country also suffered.

The earliest cases of disease occurred in the spring of 1665 in a parish outside the city walls called St Giles-in-the-Fields. The death rate began to rise during the hot summer months and peaked in September when 7,165 Londoners died in one week.

Rats carried the fleas that caused the plague. They were attracted by city streets filled with rubbish and waste, especially in the poorest areas.

Those who could, including most doctors, lawyers and merchants, fled the city. Charles II and his courtiers left in July for Hampton Court and then Oxford. Parliament was postponed and had to sit in October at Oxford, the increase of the plague being so dreadful. Court cases were also moved from Westminster to Oxford.

-————snip———

All trade with London and other plague towns was stopped. The Council of Scotland declared that the border with England would be closed. There were to be no fairs or trade with other countries. This meant many people lost their jobs – from servants to shoemakers to those who worked on the River Thames.

I think it’s a terrible idea. I’ll bet Trump does, too ... but for political reasons he wants that ugly mutant Andrew Cuomo to be the one who comes out publicly and says: “Hell NO!”

Waiting for Trump to announce he has brought Kurt Russell on board to act as a quarantine adviser.

There would be a lasting stigma from having been a major US metro that was quarantined. It would hasten the exodus, maybe even Wall Street. Who wants to potentially be caught up in that again?

"(deaths (adjusted for comorbidity) / infections (using reading able estimate based on actual data, like we use for The Flu)"

Yeah, after the epidemic has run its course and all of those cases (120,059 so far) are resolved (dead and recovered).

It’s actually going to help Trump a few months from now.

Some freepers can’t see it yet, but they will.

My Trump hating mother just wished me “happy birthday” yesterday. We had a pleasant conversation then she told me

“Trump is going to be President for 4 more years.”

I said “ no shit” I told you to turn off NPR 10 years, its for stupid people.

It needs to end ASAP is exactly right. The big democrat run shitholes want us all to believe that they are real heart of the U.S. and that the rest of us need to bow and scrape to their superiority. They can all turn into wastelands, which they are close to anyway, and the rest of the country could move on. We own them nothing, but out of decency we are giving our all to them to save them from their political leadership. I fart in their general direction.
