A riot erupted on March 27 on a bridge connecting China’s Jiangxi Province and the virus epicenter of Hubei, where provincial authorities had lifted lockdown measures days earlier.
Footage of the incident shows residents from Hubei shouting and stomping on police cars, overturning multiple vehicles after Jiangxi police blocked them at the checkpoint on the bridge.
“Go Hubei, go Hubei!” Locals shouted, according to videos posted on social media.
One video filmed from a distance showed that throngs of people had filled almost the entire length of the bridge.
At least five officers from the Jiangxi side were injured, according to a police report leaked on Chinese social media.
The report also mentioned two attacks on Hubei police officers, with a deputy police chief from the local bureau pinned to the ground and another officer seized by the throat. It is unclear if any more Hubei officers were injured.

Well, the good citizens of China’s Jiangxi Province seem to think that their government is lying to them. And they are close enough to the situation to know the truth.
The crowd seems to be voicing its displeasure. Wall of police, looks like the angry mob was smart and confined its acting out to some vehicles.
I can’t wait for the Main Stream Marxist Media’s report on this unrest.

Other provinces have recognized the green health QR code assigned to Hubei residents and allowed entry. But Jiujiang city from Jiangxi province bordering Hubei's Huangmei county refused to recognize the health QR codes the Hubei residents carried. They intensified the provincial border control by moving the checkpoint into Huangmei county which is within Hubei territory already and the polices from the two places went into conflict.
The Jiangxi police smeared the Hubei police officers were fake police and ready to arrest them to their car. Newly arrived Hubei police joined the resistance. and this news was widely reported in Chinese media, angering the people in Hubei. The next day, thousands of angry Hubei residents from the border county marched to the checkpoint and confronted the Jiangxi police asking for apologies and revenged with destruction to their police cars with solidary chorus "You Go, Hubei! Jiangxi Must Apologize!" That's how it goes

Everyone’s been wanting to know the truth about China. Massive deaths or is the virus under control now?
A lot of people who work in NYC are figuring out how to Work at Home these last few weeks, and finding it is kind of nice.
Working out of the kitchen is saving them three hour of unpleasant commuting per day. Aside from the whole business of wanting to avoid large crowds for the next decade or so, the extra time off is reason enough.
I don’t think it is going to go back to normal after this. A heck of a lot of people are going to start commuting one day a week or less, saving tons of time and avoiding the Commuter Tax.
Not entirely on thread but our beloved Chinese seem to be blocking our citizens on those cruise ships from passage through the Panama Canal. Stuck in the Pacific for over 24 hours now.
This situation was asked about by a woman reporter at the 3/29 press briefing. President Trump said (paraphrasing), “Yes, I know. This will be addressed by the cronavirus task force over the weekend.” Or something to that effect.

Happened in Oregon. Seaside was packed with Portlanders during a nice weekend. Hotels were ordered shut down. Police went into the Safeway and rousted tourists. I haven’t seen anything on the news, but, I’m originally from the area so friends covered it on Farcebook.
