Late Thursday night, the Milwaukee County medical examiner reported a 69-year-old Milwaukee man died after contracting Coronavirus, marking the eighth death in the county.
Officials said the man, just like each of the other seven people who died, was black.

Many, if not of the most of the people who have died in Michigan have been black, including my son’s friend’s aunt the other day. 50-60ish , not in the best of health but unknown if she had any underlying health issues. Here’s another thing: it came out today that Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit is going to begin rationing healthcare for CV patients depending on the patient’s age and if they have any other health problems that will our compromise their health such as heart problems. Blacks are less likely than whites to be type A (A+ or A-).

I remember that but this could be a matter of how well that area is social distancing.
Racial groups share far more genetic characteristics than the fairly specific genetic attributes which are found more frequently in one race than another. The fact that all the Milwaukee victims were men is far more likely to be related to their getting the disease than any racial factor.
The fact that Milwaukee is highly segregated also makes it more likely to spread within one group than another because of natural contact patterns once the virus is introduced from an outside source.
