So in short, is this decision good or bad?

“Almost 15 years ago, Congress attempted to make the removal of criminal aliens as easy as possible. On Monday, the Supreme Court effectively undid that effort.”
Sounds like that last sentence wraps up that question.

Well, to determine whether this decision is “good” or “bad” for the country, one need only find out whether Ginsberg or Sotomayor (or Roberts) voted for it.
And that question was not answered in this legalese. Assuming Ginsberg was abble to read it at all.

This decision/opinion by the court cements the fact now that some crimes pay and handsomely rewarded under the guise of a pandemic.
1774 or 1789, take your pick.

It's from the "Center for Immigration Studies". I've never heard of them, but they sound like a far-left wing advocacy group.
The article is long-winded with a whiny tone, so I'm going with...
Good.
