A representative from the WV Governor Jim Justice's office says that abortion is healthcare and not elective. However, science and statistics show that termination of a living viable human child in the womb is NOT a "medical necessity" nor "essential" to preserve the patient's life, but most often done simply because the mother desires it.
Notice also what priority they place on abortion in the image below. It is listed first. So much for the importance of their "other services," which they are largely postponing at this time, but state are such a necessity for the "clinic" to stay open.
Please call and demand the governor order they cease all such services not necessary to preserve the physical life of the mother. If the person answering states that it is not considered elective, please politely tell them that you are not asking for their opinion, but calling to pass your request on to the governor, since he is supposedly interested in saving lives and slowing the community spread of Covid-19, for which the clinic has no way of testing or providing treatment while asking "patients" to come in even if they are showing symptoms. Thank you.
