WVA is run by Republicans, Governor and Legislature. Where is the problem?

Charleston, West Virginia is a liberal oasis in a conservative sea. Just the Charleston area mind you. Go outside of Charleston and it’s very conservative but in city limits? Damn liberals.
Roll your own religion that modifies itself to suit the donor class is where the problem lies, that’s heart affiliation, not Party affiliation.
