So far...no one is without a necessary mask or respirator. Cuomo is just stock piling. He could have shopped around but was looking for freebees from the Fed government.
And Pence just announced on the Fox Town Hall that 4000 are being shipped today and tomorrow.

NYS is spending money on 3 things: re-education, Medicaid, public pensions and health bennies. We’re 6+ bil in the hole.
We know damn good and well why NYS doesn’t have respirators.
And the reasons are NOT Trump’s fault.
Trump just produced papers on Fox virtual town hall showing Cuomo had opportunity to buy thousands of ventilators in 2015 at low cost. He refused. It’s his responsibility to prepare for pandemics not the POTUS.

First there’s more of the 15 day pause and then the drug trials with the combination therapy for the ChiCom Virus will be tested.
