This article conflates “escaped from a lab” with “created in a lab”. The virus may have been isolated in a lab, and then proliferated and released (intentionally or not). Examining its structure does not provide any insight in that regard.
This is most comprehensive collection of scientific data I've found. It's much more than a web site spewing a favored conspiracy. There's significant depth and scope to the data for those that like to make their own conclusions. I don't believe anything coming from the MSM.

There are animal markets in every city but only Wuhan has a level-4 pathogen lab that studies viruses like this one
It later turns out that the earliest cases were not associated with the lab.
Occams razor says the virus escaped from the lab. If it turns out to be a natural virus, then Occams razor says it’s a natural virus they were studying in the lab.
Then someone starts a rumor the virus was engineered and then that rumor is disproven. That has nothing to do with the preceeding
It is a heck of a weapon. A weapin of mass economic destruction. Low fatality rate, super high infection rate, lives for long time on surfaces. Don’t kill your enemies, make them poor and work for you.
It is convincing. But, what could have happened is that they "found" it locally, and were playing playing with it when it got away from them. It just has some great qualities that are desirable in a bio-weapon. And, it's definitely from Wuhan's neighborhood.

I have a problem with the conclusions of this article.
The ACE receptor is probably one of the most studied and understood receptors in the human body. Yes, this a ‘Novel’ mechanism of attachment and entrance to the human cell via the ACE receptor. Be that as it may, it doesn’t prove that it wasn’t designed. The governments could have access to: 1) ability to create a novel entrance. 2) another virus with similar binding that is ‘unknown worldwide’ that it could have been copied from. 3. There is potential with super computing that it could have been designed de novo.
Because it’s ‘Novel’ doesn’t mean it wasn’t ‘man made or human re-engineered’.
