The Democrats, led by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), pulled an eleventh hour political move Sunday night, voting to pull a massive coronavirus recovery package after spending days negotiating with Republicans and top administration officials, in order to produce their own hastily constructed stimulus bill packed with handouts to Democratic constituencies.

We havent had a budget in decades.

This is what libtards/uniparty think good government is nowadays.

My daughter works for a company that does high school testing for ACT, SATs, etc. The student gets online with an employee of the company. The student has to use a cam to demonstrate that they are alone in the room, have no books or notes within their sight and no interaction on their cell phones. Basically making sure that the student doesn’t cheat. Cannot congress work this out somehow like companies that proctor tests online??

In an age of e-mail, twitter and texting, the Democrats want more money for post offices.

my perception is that mcconnell is holding off senate e-voting because of the potential for abuse that e-voting in the house might permit.

abuse could work in several ways:

* falsified voting, eg through security breaches allowing foreign countries to penetrate congress’ internet (even more than now and in the recent past);

* proxy takeover schemes, such as pelosi browbeating rookie congresspeople into consigning their e-votes to her for all or crucial votes on the house floor;

* fraudulent claims, such as when a congressperson e-votes one way at the sending client voting device but (somehow) the vote is recorded differently at the receiving server vote tallying device.

voting in person completely and reliably avoids all these problems.

the reason for caution is that all of these votes affects the economy and the military and political stability of the entire world, hence the eternal presence of huge temptation for wrongdoing. once inaccurate voting (data) is introduced (bad data injection) it may be almost impossible to rectify, and the implications spread quickly between systems affected.

for example, if the vote concerns senate or house voting procedures, a flawed and corrupt congressional e-voting system may be locked in, in effect,... forever. that would be a disaster that could have much worse ramifications than covid-19.

That dems did this-when the country is dealing with a crisis- tells you everything you need to know about them.

Senators are acting like they were elected by Pelosi.

Remember in November!

MAGA, also KAGA! (Keep America Great Always!)

Supporting PDJT with a new patriot Congress that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and COVID-19 will effectively give fast-working Trump a third term in office imo.

"Dems now have a voting lead in the Senate since several Senators are quarantined with the virus."

Put masks on'em and wheel'em in to vote. Hell, have'em wear self-contained firefighters breathing gear with filters on the exhaled air. Perfectly safe.

Of course they can.

Once Demsheviks have lost the House, a lot more will be accomplished. In Trump’s second term good things will be happening at Trump unchained speed.

I’m expecting her to include a sub-paragraph outlawing the Republican party and appointing herself or Hillary as president.

https://t.co/dIDKgTTcmn Nancy's Bill allows 500,000 H1-Bs to keep their jobs.

And now the House...went on VACATION. I don't see regular Americans putting up with too much more of this.
