The Democrats, led by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), pulled an eleventh hour political move Sunday night, voting to pull a massive coronavirus recovery package after spending days negotiating with Republicans and top administration officials, in order to produce their own hastily constructed stimulus bill packed with handouts to Democratic constituencies.

I'm beginning to believe the dems have decided that this lock down strategy will not help them and in fact the recent developments with the anti-malarial drugs looking promising shows a relatively quick end to this “crisis”.

That being the case, they are now in no hurry to pass any relief package and are going back to “business as usual”. With their never ending cover from the media, they likely have calculated that this is their best path forward and can outlast President Trump.

I still think too many people are paying attention right now for the left to get away with it. The unemployed will not be looking kindly upon the dems for their intransigence.
