Republican Sens. Mitt Romney and Mike Lee on Sunday said they were going into self-quarantine after being exposed to Sen. Rand Paul, who tested positive for the coronavirus.
Both Utah lawmakers said they had been advised by doctors to isolate because of the amount of time they spent in proximity to Paul, of Kentucky, who announced his diagnosis on Sunday.
Romney’s office added that the senator “has no symptoms but will be tested.”

However, I am not finding the original article.
Is anyone aware if this is true?

Well I am going to publicly state, since I cannot seem to find any backup for the story, it does not appear that it is correct, that Mitt Romney has tested presumptive positive for COVID19.

I will have to leave the magic underwear salesman to God for judgement and disposition. My carnal self would laugh if Romney got the disease and died but I have tried to be more spiritual and pray for Divine guidance and intervention in this time of need for America.
Romney wants to quarantine himself so he doesn’t have to vote with the President/Pubs policies without looking like the prick he really is by siding with the Dems on crucial votes during this Corona virus crisis. Now he’s got cover by hiding behind the quarantine curtain and thus not having to overtly side with the Dems in order to thwart any vote the President and his fellow Pubs want. May the virus be with him so that it isn’t just an act.
Q: Does anyone here on this FR thread hope Romney tests positive for this virus, worsens his physical condition, and becomes seriously ill due to it and perhaps even dies?

I don’t trust myself. Once upon a time I rooted for that worthless sack of S. I am occasionally wrong...VERY wrong.
After Bush, Dole, Bush, McCain, Romney I was about done with supporting the party or giving them any more of my effort. It will be interesting what road they go after Trump, but if it is more of those clowns you can count me out. I wouldn’t vote for any DUmocrat, so not sure where that leaves me.
I think after Trump MANY of us will accept nothing less, the RNC may wither up and die!!! It will be extremely hard for most of us to accept ANY RINO!!
