I have been through a plethora of new viruses entering this country AND I have never ever seen this absolute BS!! Cuomo lists what he said under Personal Advice ins PowerPoint.
I could see how people could think he is referring the lockdown. But he never mentions lockdown.
What he needs to is to discuss what he will do to get people back to work.
A prediction - assume he was saying the lockdown is 4-6-8 months. People will not do that. People will do something anything for their families to work, to provide for their families.
Why Cuomo talks like this - probably to goose the markets. He said he does not have a crystal ball, yet goes on to discuss what may happen in the future. He's the best spokesman for panic buying today.
