A Pennsylvania state lawmaker has introduced legislation that would require individuals who wish to purchase gun ammunition to first obtain a permit.
GOP State Rep. Thomas Murt introduced HB 2344 and filed it with the memo Addressing Gun Violence and Enhancing Public Health and Safety,

The bill says that the cost of the permit will not exceed $50 and also adds a tax on gun and ammunition sales. Residents would also be barred from bringing in ammunition bought from other states without coordinating with a licensed dealer.

A.K.A. RINO
Several years ago, Dick's announced they were dumping AR-14 or 15 or 16 sales and so they had an ammo sale.
I had hundreds of dollars of Dick's gift cards and bought several thousand rounds of ammo at Dick's at 50-60% off.
What a deal, 357 Magnum, 38, 30-30 and 30-06, plus a load of 22LR.
I loved it and never went back.
Screw those PC pricks.
Sounds like a deal. You can never have too much.
That is not going to happen. The purpose of the BATF is to persecute and prosecute the 2ND Amendment until it is null and void. The gun control actions will be at the State level. One will become an enemy of the State simply for the act of owning a firearm.
It was and it succeeded, but don’t tell the sheep that.
Treason.
Proving once again, that just because he calls himelf a “republican”, it doesn’t mean he isn’t a scum-sucking piece of sh*t democrat at heart.
Sounds like a Dixiecratic poll tax
THE PROBLEM
Aint happening! This fellow is a Rino Delux from Montgomery County. No other Republicans in the PA House will ever sign on to this. The bill will never leave Committee.
Ammo is to gun violence like gasoline is to auto wrecks!
That’s one ass that needs a kicking, right now.
Why vote Repub when you can vote the real deal with a “D”
