Super Rich Are Panicking over the Coronavirus Ventilator Shortage
New York Post ^ | March 21, 2020 | Dana Kennedy

...As a result, the wealthy in the US are calling both their doctors and ventilator manufacturers hoping to get a machine on demand. They’re even trolling the dark web to no avail as they face an uncomfortable truth: Money can’t buy something that’s not there.

Ventilators cost only about $35,000, peanuts to the elites. But because the US healthcare industry is about making money, no one heeded warnings going back more than a decade that the country should stockpile the machines...

Let them wait their turn like everybody else. Expose to the public any politician, celebritard, or oligarch that jumps in line in front of our parents and grandparents.

The truth comes out. All of the pretending to care about the little people.

Heck, here is a sci-fi story theme for you.... I read that anyone who has survived the virus will have antibodies against the disease in their blood. So their blood will be worth big bucks!

Lord help. The irony is, they’re liable to get one. Made in China. *snort*

Really, I haven’t seen evidence there in fact is a shortage. Just sensationalust MSM reports of shortages if unrealistic infection percentages occur.

So I don’t know on this. There should be a lot in the Strategic National Stockpile and supply chain planning for non-stockpile procurement.

I’m sick of the media not reporting real things, just idiocy and what ifs.

I wonder if they can use scuba gear, maybe hire someone to regulate it manually?

But because the US healthcare industry is about making money

A health care system that spends more than it takes in doesn't last very long.

Hey, in the Sudan, they found bodies. Totally drained of blood.

Well, the military and whomever needs that blood.

According to the press a good president would be able to squat down and poop all the ventilators and respirators we need.

Let them “imagine no possessions.” Or ventilators.

I seriously doubt it, most of the super rich (we're talking Jeff Bezos type of money) have their bunkers on private islands with medical facilities better than your average trauma center.

This demonstrates the danger in government run health care. Although people can prep for bad times and stockpile food, ammo, and be self sufficient in a safe, remote or “Red” area, eventually you’ll need medical care.

Just like the Chinese point system, the wet dream of the left is to control the medical diagnosis and treatment of their enemies.

Get in line, money or no money.

If you wanted a ventilator, you should have bought one 9 months ago. Now they go to where they are needed most.

The most selfish people exist in this country.

It surely would have occurred to many among “our betters” to have someone roll a loading doc where ventilators were awaiting shipment or just after being received.

It wouldn’t take $35,000. $15K would surely get it done, including two hops of next-day shipping.
