For most of early 2019, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden -- the declared custodian of liberalism who would continue the Obama glory years -- seemed unstoppable.
He led all other rivals for months. Biden seemed above the fray. Many Democrats saw the pre-debate and pre-election race for the nomination as more of a Biden coronation than a contest.
In the summer and fall debates of 2019, Biden was occasionally confused about dates, places, names and facts. In public appearances, he often seemed grouchy or dazed.
Biden was once faulted for being too handsy in his interactions with women; now he was being criticized for losing his temper and insulting people during campaign stops.
Biden dived in the polls.
Democratic candidates such as Cory Booker, Pete Buttigieg, Julian Castro, Kirsten Gillibrand, Kamala Harris, Amy Klobuchar and Elizabeth Warren had all wounded the septuagenarian Biden, portraying him as too moderate and out of touch with contemporary green and diversity issues.
Meanwhile, rival Bernie Sanders in the new year took over the lead in the polls. He focused on evil corporations, an unfair America and a rigged system. His populism drew crowds even as his socialism terrified the Democratic Party establishment.
By early 2020, Sanders was feared to be unstoppable.
Multibillionaire former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg jumped into the race with a storm of endorsements and paid ads. Bloomberg was supposed to save the Democratic Party from Sanders' socialism in the wake of Biden's implosion.

Its the DNC Elder abuse campaign for President.
The plan is to have Biden’s VP replace him shortly after his inauguration.Whoever that maybe, I suspect the VP will have no balls literally.
That’s why they want The Bern to fold his tents, because the Bern will trade his delegate count for a place on the ticket. The cows in control of the DNC do not want a man as VP on the ticket.

It would not surprise me if four weeks after the convention, there is a script written and Joe exits the stage, with the VP converting to the President’s ‘chair’ and a new VP emerging.
I could even see Hillary as the VP emerging here, and Stacey Abrams coming onto the stage as her number two.
It's going to be a she. Probably Klobuchar, maybe Harris.
Weekend at Bernies is appropriate to apply to Joe Biden. He is really brain dead but they keep propping him up.

Because, anybody who is still voting democrat after all we've seen in the past several years? No other explanation. They are clinically, hopelessly, insane.
Creepy Joe will not make it to the convention, and Big Mike, as intended all along, will be the nominee.
I think the press should start peggng Joe as te Elder Abuse DNC place holder, Trojan Horse candidate for the femino-nazi wing of the DNC. Oh the progesterone filled skullduggery ( See-me, Seee-me!)!

It’s not mysterious, it’s the DNC showing how much power they have. Why they even tolerate Bernie who isn’t a Dem, is both funny and curious.
Privately, I think Rush should just start a fake rumor (he’d heard it from a retired Democratic Senator while golfing last month) that Hillary will be the ‘pick’ for VP, and that some type of script is written for 60 days out from the election...Joe steps to the side, and Hillary steps up.
People would buy into the fake rumor, and it’d take off.

Yes, I think that script is already written. The Democrats have carefully choreographed this race to get Bernie out of the race early and to drag Biden across the finish line (nomination) after which case he will gracefully step aside for the candidate that the insiders have already chosen.
I can see how this plays out too. Post DNC convention and perhaps the very week the RNC is having theirs (in order to steal their thunder), Biden calls for a press conference for a "very important announcement."
Accompanied by his tearful wife and maybe a couple doctors in white coats (to answer questions), Biden steps to the podium and announces that he has just been diagnosed with dementia and that it would not be fair to his family or to the country to continue his campaign. The tears flow. Democrats from all across the country put out statements lauding Biden for his "courage" and his decades of government service. They call for all Democrats to rally 'round the new ticket - which likely will contain HRC. The Trump-hating media will go 24/7 all the way to Election Day touting this new Democrat ticket and declaring it is a "time for change."
Now I don't think that will work, I still believe Trump will be re-elected easily. But yes, this is how I see it playing out.
