When the religion of too many is progressivism / socialism is anyone surprised?

Why are Jews so loyal to the Democrat Party--of all things? I'm not sure even the Jews themselves know. But this is deeply entrenched.
His parents were screwballs who smoked marijuana in front of their children, and both died long ago from illnesses that were likely related to poor lifestyle choices. Only his older sister seems to be fairly normal.
Despite my friend and his family having all of these issues, he still believes that he has all the answers to save the world. I finally got tired of him lecturing me about my “carbon footprint”, etc... after driving to Seattle to take him to Costco and things like that. His Seinfeldish nonsense was kind of amusing at times, but not worth the aggravation, especially after President Trump was elected.
Part and parcel of the faith of American Judaism is liberalism. The two are inseparable. Liberalism is seen as Judaism. Plain and simple. Nuke Israel?! Sure, so long as their liberal beliefs support it.
This draws the conclusion that a majority of American Jews are intractably socialist in nature. They support democrats because it’s “just what they do.”
I think it’s maybe just a matter of where Jews tend to live. I doubt that there is any other group that tends to live in urban areas at the same rate as Jews that vote any differently. I think in general region and rural/urban divide is probably a better indicator of political leanings than ethnicity or religion. I’ve tried to find exit polling for rural living Jews, came up empty.

In order to change parties one must first admit that his political ideas are wrong. Most people would rather die than admit even to themselves that they are wrong.

No surprise here, throughout history some folks never get it. They’ve been, for a large part, on the side of progressive, socialist, communists.

Even though Israel is again a nation, they returned in unbelief of their Messiah. Therefore they are basically an ungodly nation. That means they are perfectly comfortable being Trump haters because right and left is like good and bad. Without God as a moral compass you are lost in more ways than one.
