Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine said on CNN's "State of the Union" Sunday that it would not surprise him "at all" if schools in his state did not reopen this school year due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The big picture: DeWine on Thursday became the first governor in the country to announce that all public and private schools in his state would close for three weeks or more.
There are currently at least 26 reported cases of coronavirus in Ohio.

I dunno what it is about Ohio Repubics, but I think Jim Jordan is from Ohio, and I do like him.
Make the Ohio governor sit in the classroom with a Dunce cap on, reciting over and over again how many U.S. school children were struck down by Cov-19.
Most of our schools in Indiana are closed but a lot of them are doing e-learning which replaced snow days. Many areas are even loading the breakfast and lunch grub into 5-day packages and having the school bus drivers deliver it to the starving youts.

Kids will get smarter not being in school.
When I went to school the county schools closed at the drop of a hat, or rather at the drop of maybe 3 snowflakes while my school closed 1 day in 12 years. Sigh.
Than again, maybe an early end to the indoctrination is good.
