That is because we have a President who spent his life in the Private Sector and he asked for their help. He is getting it.
He is the right man for the job. I hope the lying media companies and propaganda agencies are punished for the damage they have been creating.
God Bless the USA and may we always be a free nation.
Ha !
Here's a YUGE AMEN !
Yes, we’re ready as well.
I know in my area towns have been opposed to 24 hour places for years because they were magnets for trouble (Dunkin’ Donuts, for example). We do have both a 24-hour Wal-Mart and Shop-Rite, but these are outside (the former) or on the edge of (the latter) residential areas.
Pressure is probably being put on the companies from municipalities; they’ll need to provide cops for these places (as they did at gas stations after Hurricane Sandy).
I wonder what the “Made in China” content percentage is inside the WalMart Stores? If you knew that, it might explain why they are doing this. It will cut operating cost and give them time to decide how to source product.
It will also allow them to disinfect restrooms and public service counters daily. A good idea.
and do not need
+1. Cant see the forest because the trees are in the way.....
I noticed a bit of what seemed like belligerent, beer b@lls posting last night. I guess drinking is how some people are dealing with this.
A friend who works at Walmart said they were going to close all entrances to the store but one, and they would take everyone’s temperature before being allowed in the store. If your temperature was over 99-something, you would be denied entrance. Also, truckers who deliver goods are not allowed in the store. Porta-potties will be available out back for them.
One month ago the idiot Walmart CEO was mulling over how best to allow men into female bathrooms, and now we're expected to believe they care about our safety?
Stop believing these people, most hate us.
Walmart parking lots have become home to the homeless. Not one mention here in FR until mine of this fact. With those stores now operating from 6am to 11pm. Those stores washrooms will be unavailable to those parked there. Watch what develops.
I have no illusion about corporate America.
Spent my life working for 2 privately owned wholesale distributors. At one point I covered 11 states in a couple of capacities. Grew up working on a family farm. We still have them. Have no intentions of selling them.
From the 1960’s Corporate America was taken over by a lot of Leftists. They took over the Universities and they populated top corporate positions. Many of them have ZERO common sense.
Like our talking heads in the media. They are no longer the Press, they have become the Press-titutes, they do it for the money.
Cuts their payroll and let’s Trump’s state of emergency help the people who lose their jobs?

Stuff like that.”
Requires fewer employee hours which allows stores to deal with sick employees.
BTW, my local walmart was restocking toilet paper yesterday.
Mainly because Italy's health care is socialist, fewer ICU beds per capita. Also they had an early outbreak fed from China. Finally Italy's northern region is a special case with very high NO2 readings every winter. That enhanced the spread of the virus.

Yes indeed. Good luck to you down there.
