As of this writing, the virus has been active in this country for several months now, either detected or not due to the lack of symptoms or the mild symptoms that were never officially diagnosed by the CDC. As of this writing, there have been only 41 deaths reported with 31 of them in Washington State.
In 2009, the year of the Swine Flu, 57 million Americans were sickened, 257,000 hospitalized and 11,690 deaths.
This went unreported until after 1,000 citizens had died and then President Obama declared a national state of emergency which was then applauded by the MSM and the fawning MSM couldn’t praise him enough. No flight restrictions, no quarantines, no school closings, no runs on toilet paper.
Then along came the 2017-18 flu season which resulted in 959,000 hospitalizations and 61,099 deaths. Again, no flight restrictions, no quarantines, no school closings and no runs on toilet paper.
