Stocks Tank on Renewed Coronavirus Anxiety

U.S. stocks and bond yields dropped Thursday, erasing most of the previous days’ gains and signaling renewed anxiety of the coronavirus outbreak.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average plummeted by more than 1,000 points, or around 3.75 percent. The S&P 500 dropped 3.5 percent and the Nasdaq Composite fell by around 3 percent.

I hate to sound like a weasel but I got a few bucks coming to me in another month to two months and wouldn’t mind 22,500 dow before then.
Then a surge in the 6 months leading to the presidential election :)

This is now turning into that crazy week in 2011 when the stock market zoomed up and down per day like the roller coasters at Cedar Point. Stock traders are going to need Dramamine at the rate things are going. 🙄

I’m not sure, but someone told me that if you’re hunkered down for two weeks while your symptoms go away, you’d need to have TP. I guess it’s a first world problem.

Plunge protection team is crying “no more”. Day traders are getting their comeuppance. Pension/retirees are having Maalox overdoses. I think a next step could be cuts in the payroll tax. Dems will hate it but their money men might say “FU, you better go with it”. Can be package as a “middle-class” tax cut or something to save "face" with those bastards.
