I think you’re correct that they will want Tulsi as Slo Joe’s VP. She is attractive eye candy and could influence Dim male voters more than a Stacey Abrams. Bet if this turned out to come to fruition, the fifth column so called news networks wouldn’t give Tulsi the Palin treatment. It would be kid gloves only used for her.

Yes and No. He can’t convert any funds raised for his campaign to his personal use; he can, however, use those funds to support other candidates for any office who might be useful to his future aspirations.

I don’t know how the Democrat Party works, but when I ran for office, I was required to send any residual donations to the Republican Party. It seemed like the right thing to do to me and I was happy to comply.
However, I wouldn’t count on the Democrat party to have such an ethical policy regarding campaign donations. They see the public as their personal piggy bank.

When the cashier asks "paper or plastic" give a momentary look moving from shock to panic, then confusion to fear, open and close your mouth a couple of times then shake yourself out of it and say, "I'm sorry I must have had a Joe Biden moment." Pause for the laugh and then say, "well, paper bags kill all of the trees and plastic pollutes the oceans and murders whales and dolphins, so why don't you decide for me?"
After the huge laugh from all within earshot a ground swelling wave of agreement, that it was just what must have happened, would then be told over and over again to family and friends in every corner of the country. I didn't think of it again when I was at the store but I am writing it down on my shopping list so I cannot forget to do it next time.
If this sounds like a good idea, I'll make this my first vanity, pushing toward twenty one and a half years here on the forum. My first Freeping good idea as far as I'm concerned.
Not a good year for the ethnic candidates. The Jamaican is out, the Maltese is out, the Samoan is never heard of, the Slovene is barely surviving (Klobuchar), the Cherokee also seems to be fading.

She’s not in the debates but she is still doing town halls from coast to coast . Why ? VP prep !
