Congregants of a historically black church in Selma, Alabama, turned their backs on Democrat presidential hopeful Mike Bloomberg on Sunday as he addressed them.
The protest, which remained silent and peaceful, took place as Bloomberg was giving a speech on the 55th anniversary of Bloody Sunday, a day when police attacked black citizens during a civil rights march in the town.
Several images shared to social media on Sunday showed both black and white voters standing with their backs turned to Bloomberg in Selmas Brown Chapel AME Church.

According to those who attended the event, former Georgia Democrat gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams sat behind Bloomberg during his speech.

Bloomberg, a former mayor of New York City, has had a history of questionable comments surrounding Americas black community.
In 2011, during the launch of his multimillion-dollar Young Mens Initiative, Bloomberg claimed black and Latino men dont know how to behave in the workplace.
During Bloombergs tenure as New York City mayor, nearly five million individuals, primarily young men of color, were stop-and-frisked.
Bloombergs resurfaced comments on stop-and-frisk came during a 2015 speech to the Aspen Institute, where he pushed the idea of cities taking the initiative on instituting and enforcing the gun bans.

Only time I remember it happening we had guy who was a member of the church running for the School Board (he ended up winning), the Pastor let him get up one Sunday and talk for a few minutes about why he was running. But that is the only time in over thirty years I can remember any politician being invited to speak.
He has no concept of rights for us little people...
I’m absolutely sure that Mini-Mike paid for that audience, but obviously not all of the congregants got their share.
Beeutiful!

Right. Sunday Worship is supposed to be about the Word of God.
So here the Church oficials invite someone to proselytize at Sunday Service, who is openly trying to bribe his way into the Presidency, throwing his money around like a drunken sailor, bribing and flooding the nations communications channels.
Didnt Christ throw the money changers out of the temple?
I can’t speak for these particular black folks, but that particular Jewish fellow made his feelings about blacks very clear...
“Just out of curiosity, FReepers, how many of you have had politicians speak in your church?”
I am repeating my earlier post because it answers this:
Why is he giving a campaign speech at a Sunday Worship Service? Last time we did anything political in our church buildings, not Sunday Worship, we were told that we cannot do it and keep our tax exempt status.
Also, why would any minister divert part of the time set aside for Christ to be used by politicians?
The old democrats in a black church trick. Oops! Didn’t work mikey boy.
African-Americans...Mike Bloomberg has your back.
Black Lives Matter just took over a Klobuchar rally forcing her to cancel it:

I think Trump has a serious shot to get at least fifteen percent of the Black vote in November. That doesn’t sound like a lot, but if the RATS get under their traditional ninety percent of that group’s vote they’re in serious trouble nationally!
My girlfriend and I were the only non-black attendees, but we felt comfortable with everyone we met.
I would have zero hangups with attending an otherwise all black conservative church. Race is only a color and hearts among believers are all beautiful.
Black women are among the most difficult block of RATs to turn. Candice Owens is living proof, along with Diamond and Silk, that they can escape the RAT plantation.
Thanks for the pic, here is a meme!
Yep. It’s a disaster. Trump was able to minimize expenses and maximize results. Such a contrast.
Al Sharpton can be bought by anyone....that’s how he makes his living. Even the mob uses him. He’s every bit a gangster today as he was years ago.
Good eye, it is the Rev. not-so-Sharp.
I'd say he's running more out of allegiance to Wall Street and love of money, globalism, and power.
