CNNs Keith Boykin lashed out at black Trump supporter and former NFL safety Jack Brewer as an Uncle Tom Thursday night.
During a Thursday Black History Month event held at the White House, a day that included an address to hundreds of black leaders, President Trump also held a roundtable in the Cabinet Room with about two dozen black political and religious leaders. It was here the former Minnesota Viking said to the president, I gotta say this because its black history month: Man, you the first black president.
Making the moment even more interesting is the fact that Brewer was once a big supporter of and fundraiser for Barack Obama, the man who actually was the first black president.
Lemon, who has been credibly-accused of sexual assault, hosted a panel discussion on his basement-rated hour Thursday night and said nothing other than Ooh, as Boykin smeared Brewer as an Uncle Tom for daring to hold an unapproved and incorrect opinion.
Boykin bellowed without evidence:
[Trump] has not made any serious effort to reach black people. The idea that anybody would sit in a room with Donald Trump and call him the first black president after we had Barack Obama as the president of the United States. It shows just what kind of Uncle Toms were sitting in that room in the first place.
Actually, if you look at the comment closely, Boykin attacked everyone in that room as an Uncle Tom, including Alveda King, the niece of Rev. Martin Luther King.
Also present: activist Candace Owens, NAACP Image Award-winning actor Isaiah Washington, World Boxing Champion Andre Berto, Pastor Darrell Scott; Lynette Hardaway and Rochelle Richardson, a.k.a. Diamond and Silk, and Black Voices for Trump advisory board members Paris Denard, Deneen Borelli, and David Harris Jr.

Uncle Tom = someone who doesnt want to be a government slave.
Nothing that Democrats hate more than an uppity n*****
Who wont stay on the plantation
They are scared to death of this president’s outreach to the black community. He’s making inroads and they know it. CNN’s resident Communist contributor Van Jones acknowledged this a couple of weeks ago.
He told other panelists that Trump’s outreach is substantive and he is making headway in his efforts. So, they revert to their typical name-calling when they feel threatened.
Take heart, this just means we’re winning. Bigly.
They don’t even know what “Uncle Tom” means. They’ve never read the Harriet Beecher Stowe novel, nor do they know he was the hero of the story.
Over target taking flak
CNN really knows how to pick em.
All the players are putting their cards on the table now and it is clear to me that a lot of people who may have seemed harmless are coming out.
Personally I think it is a post Shillary shock wave as they know Trump is not one of them and they do not have the dirt on him that they have on each other. This is the real manifestation of Quid Pro Quo that is the sport of the ruling class who fashion themselves as our betters and care only for fame and especially fortune. I know what you did and as long as you play I will never share it. And once in getting out can take a real test of character, or selling ones soul to keep from the inevitable revealing of the truth.
Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely
All of the back scratching and butt kissing is nothing new. Watch the movie Mr. Smith Goes to Washington and you will clearly see the problem was known widely almost a century ago, and even in truth beyond.
Term Limits are needed, now, to prevent the position from becoming even more disgusting than it is already. Benefits they have voted for themselves that no other American citizen enjoys are ridiculous. Washington has become a magnet of evil, where Lobbyists have easy access to a group of representatives be it house or senate that seem in many cases all too eager to feather their nests.
They serve by the Consent of the Governed (Us) and unless we vote and do so with the whole country in mind then the outcome will never change. The plethora of victim groups they are creating with special rights must stop
As it is said, A House divided against itself CANNOT stand
Choose
But do so wisely

“[Trump] has not made any serious effort to reach black people...”
Great ventriloquist act, Boykin. It sounds like you really are talking out your ass.
CNN is ATT
ATT is responsible for the racism.
Pretty sure that former NFL safety Jack Brewer could hand Keith “Gay Bob” Boykin his teeth in a snack Baggie if he wanted to...
Indeed.
“ATT is responsible for the racism.”
ATT’s management is not maximizing stockholder return on investment with CNN and is therefore violating its fiduciary responsibility. The current programming strategy is resulting in diminished market share for CNN by alienating a significant segment of the population. If the broadcast news was a vibrant free market, instead of an oligopoly controlled by a few large communication companies (Disney, Comcast, ATT, CBS) the ATT CEO would have taken action.
Time to use antitrust laws to break up the big media oligopolies. Free markets prosper there are many competitors, not just a few.
“Theyve never read the Harriet Beecher Stowe novel,...”
They can’t read.
No doubt! Maybe they can take a course or two at the Cuban Literary Club. Someone recently stated that Cuba has a great literacy rate.
“CNNs Keith Boykin lashed out at black Trump supporter and former NFL safety Jack Brewer as an Uncle Tom Thursday night.”.........
I noticed he did not say to his face.
I knew that he would get called that... Oh well... Those people at the meeting should go out and run for office.. especially for mayor in the inner cities...
