On Nov. 3, 2018, “Saturday Night Live” cast member Pete Davidson mocked Texas Republican Dan Crenshaw, a former Navy SEAL who lost his eye in an IED explosion while serving his third tour in Afghanistan, for wearing an eye patch. In a “Weekend Update” segment ahead of the midterm elections, Davidson compared Crenshaw to “a hit man in a porno movie,” adding: “I’m sorry. I know he lost his eye in war or whatever.”

So much for his having learned anything about being a decent person.
I guess he’s back on heroin.
Pete should change his first name to Richard, or better yet, Dick.
You know, ‘truth in advertising’, and all that.
You’d think a guy who lost his NY FireFighter father in 9/11 would show a bit of humility and sympathy.
And conservatism

Telling how he states this...
“I did not make that guy win. That is America’s fault.” Davidson said. “The only thing I did do, which I am guilty of and I apologize for, is I did make that guy famous and a household name for no reason.”
I say Dan and Pete settle this the old-fashioned way - with boxing gloves, man-to-man, or man-to-whatever.
Here is what is so sad... it’s in his special because he has nothing new.
Will he do the bit where SNL doesn’t fire him out of pity after his public breakdown? That’s comedy gold.
The irony here, is that Davidson is not funny. He laughs at his own jokes trying to generate contagious laughter.
He was brought in to SNL as a less talented version of Adam Sandler....and that’s no consolation.
Pete Davidson= A whole.

This is why your should never accept fake hollywood apologies.
I think we oughtta let Davidson and Crenshaw sort it out in the ring; hell, make Crenshaw even wear gloves and pound Davidson into mush slowly, “or whatever...”
Didn’t he used to date a Jonas brother? or was it Justin Bieberov? SNL lost its sense of humour a long time ago.. and should have lost him a long time ago too.
Pete is just this generation’s Marilyn Manson... a guy so repulsive and ignorant that you have to shake your head at why beautiful women hang with him.

Just another specimen of archetypical famous-for-15 minutes NY City hipster SFB...
Soon to be forgotten, while men like Dan Crenshaw made a difference...
