I think PART of these flubs are on purpose because he KNOWS he is in serious LEGAL TROUBLE, and he wants to feign being Mentally Incapable of going thru an indictment or even an investigation! When he starts dressing like the Mrs. you'll know he's really in trouble!

Trouble is .... most of us cannot or do not realize just when we are at that top (of our game).

this is completely painful to see. I don’t wish this on anybody. Not the loss of memory & mindThere is some consolation here. Biden didn't destroy you communities all by himself. He had a lot of help from other people who benefited, and they have put a lot of money behind his candidacy. So, karma.

Joe is in a bad mental state but honestly I blame his family, especially his wife for not taking his car keys and driving him home.

the man deserves some kind of ACTING AWARD.And has Trump has shown, the Presidency is the Supreme acting award of all time. [Not sure whether this is sarcasm or not].
