I just saw on the news that Chinese people in the USA are being sent to Quarantine Centers, or as they used call them Concentration Camps.

Coronavirus has put a spotlight on the economic decoupling of China and some developed countries. With factories shuttered and consumption stalled, multinational companies have been forced to shift production elsewhere. Apple has warned investors that its revenues will take a hit as a result of the outbreak.
A gradual decoupling of global economies has been under way for a few years. The South Korean electronics group Samsung, for example, has been closing Chinese plants and opening others in Vietnam. Mexico has benefited from some US corporations moving their supply chains closer to home. But decoupling will undoubtedly speed up as Beijing’s opacity in handling the coronavirus epidemic highlights the risks of doing business in China.
There are marked similarities between the virus and decoupling itself. There is what you see on the surface (masks and panic or supply chain shifts and profit warnings) and then there is what you can’t know: how many victims the outbreak will claim or what the world will look like economically and politically in five to 10 years, as globalisation dissolves and divides deepen.

I believe about 8,000 people die from ordinary strains of the flu every year in the U.S. alone.

I believe they figured that one out. In Chinese culture there is a tradition where the family of a deceased person gives out envelopes with coins or paper currency to the funeral guests. The fake $1 bills were intended to be used for this instead of real money.

There are reports in addition to putting export restrictions on medical supplies, China also nationalized a U.S. owned protected mask factory in past month.
That should be a warning to every foreign business with assets in China. It’s only yours until they take it.
You are 100% correct. My bet is well over a half million are dead and many millions more infected. China brought in 40 new, large incinerators just to handle body disposal, in that province alone.
Companies should have started weening themselves off of so much dependence on China 3 years ago. Trump told them tarifs were coming. They are fools if they did not heed the multiple warnings. He gave them over a year to make other arrangements before he started imposing tariffs.
Most of them simply moved the assembly part to other Asian nations. Most of the constituent parts are still made in China.

Doesn’t take product to be infected. Humans load them and unload them and humans operate the ships that carry them. I’m sure there has to be some human contact between loaders, crew and unloaders. The biggest thing though is that they really haven’t shut down travel. Canada just got someone from Iran today.

He’s probably only taking stats from SK/Italy and not the commies or moslems. In other words, first world countries with first rate medical systems.
Are some getting reinfected or is the virus crashing thru their immune systems setting up for the final blow after a latent quiescent period? (much like how some virii like rabies might act. A person might have a quiescent period almost like they are improving and then...boom the final crash and death).
Did they ever get rid of the virus at all?(then get truly reinfected). Does the virus use body r4esources to mutate inside to even deadlier forms thus finally killing the host?
