As I said on another thread, Sotomayor isn’t stupid. She knows exactly why the Court has had to step in so often with this President. The lower courts are out of control and many such judges think of themselves as part of “the resistance”. But she’s being a good, little Marxist and using this to stir up the fools.

Not to mention President Trump has had to the tune of FOURTY nationwide injunctions by activist Obama judges in just 3 years as compared to only two against Obama in eight years. The Supremes have no alternative but to slap down these far left crazy District Court judges from Hawaii and from the 9th Circuit.
