It sounds like the coup method that was being employed (they are still advocating for it, see Richmond VA 2A laws, immigration) by Dems in the US known as the Algerian Strategy because it was used to overthrow Algeria. It would explain what's been going in Europe - ban weapons, flood the zone with criminals, rapes skyrocket but don't prosecute them, gangs grooming kids (pedophilia) etc.
