Although the left castigates conservatives for bringing God into the conversation, the reality is that, in this election cycle, there's only one candidate who relentlessly paints himself as being on the side of God, and that candidate is Pete Buttigieg. He was at it again Tuesday night, during a televised town hall, when he insisted both that God is non-partisan and that there is no way Christians could support Trump.
It began when a self-identified Democrat and Episcopalian Christian asked how to make it clear that "you can be both," in a world in which "the right thinks they own" Christianity. Buttigieg had an answer:
First of all, I'm glad to be with a fellow Episcopalian and I agree. Look, it starts with sending the message that God does not belong to a political party. And by the way, it's also important to make clear that the presidency and the Constitution and my presidency will belong to people of every religion and of no religion equally. This is not about imposing my faith on anybody.
But, I'll say, like you, I find a message in Scripture that is very different from what the political right wants to talk about all the time. A lot about poverty, a lot about compassion, a lot about humility that I seek in my imperfect way to live up to and that does have implications for how I will approach public office.
And the time has come to send a message that people of faith have a choice and if you belong to a Christian tradition, or any moral or religious tradition, that emphasizes making yourself useful to the oppressed and standing with and identifying with the prisoner and welcoming the stranger. Stranger, by the way, is another word for immigrant.

This is an antichrist...unclean spirit and all that.
Plain and simple.
Pete Butt Gig.
The story of Sodom and Gamorrah in the Bible.
What more needs to be said?
Matthew 7:23 Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
I see no way in which he is a Christian at all. Seems like a complete fake.
This MOFO has me stewed..
He reads scripture does he? I wonder if he ever read what it says in the books of Moses about one man laying with another man.
Last night I dreamed that outside of a bookstore I was entering there were political campaigners wearing Jesus masks trying to eat my attention.
People under Romans 1:18-32 condition are a perfect example of people wearing Jesus masks which hides their true face, spiritually speaking.
But, as I often say, the ardent support of homosexuality in society by Christians is a sign given to others that they should not go along with them, for just as a canary dying in a mine tells you the air is bad there so too does the acceptance and support of homosexuality tell you of the toxic ideology that will pervade the doctrines and teachings of those who have departed from the knowledge of the Lord.
Flee from such groups.
If anyone has a Christian pastor who supports Buttgig, then it’s time to realize that you don’t have a Christian pastor.
He is a totally unrepentant sinner. He wallows in his sin. Christians should pray for him but certainly not put him in the White House.
Oh, that's in the Old Testament, that doesn't count.
DUmocrats love to twist scripture to suit their sin, but both Old and New Testament calls sodomy what it is...an abomination!
RE: Oh, that’s in the Old Testament, that doesn’t count.
What about these New Testament passages:
Romans 1:2627, 1 Corinthians 6:910, and 1 Timothy 1:811
Couldn’t be a better example of the number one thing God hates, pride.
Pete’s in love with himself. So much so that, since he can’t have sex with himself, he found the next best thing.
And like many his age he is self-satisfied, cocky, arrogant and thinks he can get away with anything. So he wants to cut down on Evangelicals siding with Trump. He thinks it’s all a myth anyway, so what’s the big deal.
What does he say when anyone asks about Lot fighting to keep his house doors closed when homosexuals wanted to drag a man outside and rape him? (Gen.19:1-13)
Or many lines about not dressing or acting like the other sex? Or violating the specific scriptural command that only one man and one woman can marry.
Catholics call the violations disordered and evil.
Jews quote Leviticus 18:22 —Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable. (or an abomination).
https://www.openbible.info/topics/homosexuality Has a lot of quotation citations, for example.
I’m actually the most scared of Mayor Pete. He’s articulate and cool. He’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
He is not going away after this election. He will be back.
He is queer
He is de facto leader of the queer political effort
His sole reason for running was to wave the queer flag
Peter, you would recoil at the sight of a cross.

For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.
I don’t think so. The creepy PDA smooching will repel everyone who finds the thought of two men connected gross. And that would include me, even if I agreed with him on all other issues.
Pete, the Magic Christian.
