"""Virginia Democrats expected to pass bill that lawyers say would force Christian schools to house gay couples"" The Democrat-controlled Virginia Senate is expected to send legislation to Gov. Ralph Northam that lawyers say could force Christian colleges to house gay couples as part of a nondiscrimination measure.

The bill, HB 1663, known as the "Virginia Values Act," includes revisions to Virginia’s Human Rights Act and Fair Housing Act that prohibit discrimination on the basis of “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” in housing and public spaces. The policy extends to religious institutions and schools employing six or more people.

The bill passed the House of Delegates on Feb. 6. The Senate passed SB 868, a similar bill, on the same day. Both bills are expected to pass the chamber opposite their origin and land on the governor's desk. Northam spoke in favor of both pieces of legislation, saying that, with them, Virginia will "officially end discrimination" in 2020, signaling that he plans to sign them.

Story has been told many times - wish the rest of the nation knew.

Fed. money in DC is UNLIMITED, & feeds the liberal world - and brought unlimited wealth and expansion to the DC area - which headed south into VA.

NOVA (Northern VA) was taken over by liberals and those mega-corps and people sucking on the federal teat.

Eventually they were so numerous, they outnumbered the rest of Virginia - already having Marxist hot-spots like Richmond, Charlottesville, Roanoke, and Tidewater (military teat).

We have been invaded, raped and pillaged by Marxists.

Add to that the Repub party has never had good leaders here, and is wimpy in everything. With exceptions like Dave Brat, (who Bloomberg defeated with his money supporting Spanberger) and hopefully Nick Frietas, we have no good Repub leaders.

Hopefully in the next election we’ll have had enough and kick the Commies out......

This will be used to destroy Christian Universities. They can not comply due to their beliefs. Consequently they will be sued until they are out of business.

Serious stuff.

Regents University is too, founded by Pat Robertson 700 Club. Liberty University will take it to court. No way will Jerry Falwell, Jr and Pat Robertson let this happen to the Christian Universities.

It took a very short time to totally destroy the state politically and now the rest of the rot will soon follow.

The Lefties in VA are really over playing their hand. I hope the RNC spends some money and tries to help us ( for once ) win.
