A specter is haunting the Democratic Party: the specter of Bernie Bros.
What is a Bernie Bro, exactly? Where along the cline of various political creatures does one fall?
The Bernie Bro's natural habitat is the internet. In the wild — meaning on Twitter, or poking around in the depraved brush of Reddit — the stalwart of the socialist septuagenarian truffles for unconverted Democrats to their cause. Spotting a Sanders skeptic, or Joe Biden–supporter, they descend with ravening ferocity, unleashing broadsides that recall Maoist struggle sessions.
Mainstream journalists, despite their friendliness with the Democratic Party, have found themselves on the receiving end of this collective vituperation. They've used the occasion to warn off Democratic voters as to the danger of nominating a presidential candidate like Sanders, who inspires such mercurial partisans.
Bret Stephens of the New York Times, describes Bernie's cohort of angry young men as fanatics who see "more moderate Democrats not as kindred spirits or potential converts but as sellouts, even traitors — the proverbial enemy within." NBC host Chuck Todd called Bernie's informal online defenders a "digital brown shirt brigade." Hillary Clinton roused herself from a chardonnay-induced stupor in Chappaqua to whinge about "online Bernie Bros and their relentless attacks on lots of his competitors, particularly the women." Even R&B crooner John Legend bleated, "Bernie supporters do quite the disservice to your candidate," further beseeching them to "not to drive people away with your nastiness."

No, but they might burn down your house....................
Plan on stocking up with a lot of popcorn for the convention. Going to make 68’ look like child’s play.
If they do burn it down, they will inadvertently become part of the “Saviors of the Republic” crowd.
We can hope.

It would be one thing if Bernie lost fair and square. But it sure looks like Bloomberg is going to just buy the nomination. Thats not fair and square at all. So the Bernie Bros have every right to be angry.
And thats something we should remind them of constantly.
Bern It Down!
Vote Bernie in the primary if you can.
Bernie is our best shot at getting the House back.
The elites (and their mass media whores) want to dictate to both parties.
Good luck with that!
When this lot is done with the DNC they will come for the RNC.
These are Marxists and make no mistake they don’t care what group you are affiliated with just their own.
If we have a brokered convention, do not be anywhere near Milwaukee, WI during the Democratic National Convention.
No because they are all whores like Bernie. Ole Bloomey offers Bernie some big bucks and they will all fold.
Any Freepers who are in the Wisconsin National Guard need to get out of there now!
i don’t know about the party, but a high ranking bro did threaten to burn Milwaukee during the convention, if BS does not get nomination
Any Freepers who are in the Wisconsin National Guard need to get out of there now!
The Clintons and their machine will soon be out of a job.
Podesta, SerpentHead, Begula....all out of a job.
From July 13-16 the DNC will be in Milwaukee.
Republicans should seriously book hundreds of buses to bring in every radical leftist screwball around the country there.
The 1968 DNC in Chicago had a huge riot, and Democrat Mayor Daley sent in the police with force.
“On August 28, 1968, around 10,000 protesters gathered in Grant Park for the demonstration. At approximately 3:30 p.m., a young man lowered the American flag that was there. The police broke through the crowd and began beating the young man, while the crowd pelted the police with food, rocks, and chunks of concrete. The chants of some of the protesters shifted from “hell no, we won’t go” to “pigs are whores”.
Tom Hayden, one of the leaders of Students for a Democratic Society, encouraged protesters to move out of the park to ensure that if the police used tear gas on them, it would have to be done throughout the city. The police sprayed demonstrators and bystanders with mace and were taunted by some protesters with chants of “kill, kill, kill”. The police assault in front of the Conrad Hilton hotel the evening of August 28 became the most famous image of the Chicago demonstrations of 1968. The entire event took place live under television lights for 17 minutes with the crowd chanting, “The whole world is watching”.
In a telephone call to President Johnson on Saturday 7th September 1968 Chicago Mayor Richard Daley described some of the activity undertaken by the elements of the protesters, which he described as “Professional Trouble Makers”, these activities included the burning of the American Flag, raising of the Viet Cong Flag and throwing both manure and urine at the police.
In its report Rights in Conflict (better known as the Walker Report), the Chicago Study Team that investigated the violent clashes between police and protesters at the convention stated that the police response was characterized by:
unrestrained and indiscriminate police violence on many occasions, particularly at night. That violence was made all the more shocking by the fact that it was often inflicted upon persons who had broken no law, disobeyed no order, made no threat. These included peaceful demonstrators, onlookers, and large numbers of residents who were simply passing through, or happened to live in, the areas where confrontations were occurring.
The Walker Report, “headed by an independent observer from Los Angeles police concluded that: Individual policemen, and lots of them, committed violent acts far in excess of the requisite force for crowd dispersal or arrest. To read dispassionately the hundreds of statements describing at firsthand the events of Sunday and Monday nights is to become convinced of the presence of what can only be called a police riot.
If you think Bernie bros antifa will allow Bloomberg's bitches to post without them being doxed and then beaten up and stabbed, shot, pummeled and burned out, you don't know antifa.
It's gonna be Kristallnacht in Amerika.
Gotta love that first sentence.
And that’s aside from rearranging rules on superdelegates and liberal media not treating him fairly ...
I thought he died.
