She needs to learn that, while money can buy you a lot (like a cruise in the Far East), it CANNOT buy you everything. She needs to now do her time and I doubt our boys at Travis will be very patient with her ‘needs’.
Quarantines have a long history for a good reason, they are a brute force method that works. Ships would sail into a harbor under the era-equivalent of the above flag, indicating infection or serious illness aboard. This summons public health authorities as well as port officials. No one is permitted to disembark until cleared by these officials.
In the US, up until the 1950s, it was not unusual for an individual house and residents to be placed in quarantine for a number of infectious diseases by public health officials.
A reminder of this history is that the Surgeon General position in the United States Executive branch wears a uniform and heads a uniformed service, the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps (PHSCC). Because their original mission was working in ports and ships, their uniforms and ranks match their USN & USCG commissioned counterparts. The Surgeon General ranks equivalent with a Vice Admiral.
FYI: With the new US Space Force, there are now 8 "Uniformed Services" in the US Executive branch.
I have zero sympathy for these ungrateful arseholes complaining about their evacuation from a level 4 hot zone by their government! OMG, STFU.
Maybe they shoulda cashed in their travel insurance and arranged their own return flights.

As I’ve said before this soft country of ours isn’t up for the challenge of a pandemic. Too many spoiled selfish entitled people that get in fights over reclining seats on an airplane. Lord helps us if it comes here.

Folks caught in a contamination outbreak have no civil rights. Unless, of course, they’re gay.
I pity the poor flight attendants who had to work the contaminated flight. “Coffee, tea or Kleenex?”
100 years ago, they might have just torched the ship and watched everybody die so as not to infect others.
That’s our government “betters” again. Take 100 people, mix them on a plane with a few dozen sick people. Put them on a plane for a 12 hour flight.

99 new cases now, so yes, it was time to try something else. Anyone angry about 14 more days' quarantine and not simply grateful to be alive doesn't understand this thing yet.
