San Francisco's mayor [London Breed, 45] has admitted to having an affair with the city's disgraced former homelessness chief, as well as accepting thousands of dollars in unreported gifts from him.
The man known as 'Mr Clean' [Mohammed Nuru, San Francisco's former Director of Public Works], who was tasked with cleaning up the streets of San Francisco and tackling its homelessness crisis, was charged with one count of wire fraud for allegedly attempting to bribe an airport commissioner to win a bid for a restaurant contract at San Francisco International Airport.

Report: Nuru Defaulted to Loyalty As Feds Closed In, Alerting City Hall Friends

We’re now learning that federally charged Department of Public Works Director Mohammed Nuru may have been trying to watch the backs of “bigger fish” in City Hall when he placed a phone call following his initial arrest by the FBI.
We knew when the first reports came out last week that Nuru allegedly violated an agreement he had made with federal prosecutors last month, leading to an additional charge against him: lying to investigators.
Now, via the Chronicle’s Phil Matier, we learn the details of that charge — Matier discovers that behind the charge was a call Nuru allegedly made to his boss at City Hall, City Administrator Naomi Kelly, to inform her (and by extension, the mayor) of the FBI probe into his department.

One might be hard-pressed to find a person in the hire of the city of San Fran who is honest and unstained with delectable rambunctions.

These are the people who believe they should be entrusted to make decisions for all of us. That central planning and control by them and their ilk would be best. It would be knee-slapping, can’t catch your breath funny except these self-deluded fools are serious.
