Amen.

I was born in DC.

These are ‘games’.

What has stopped Barr up till now? What has he done?

Just a few things:

Kicked back at and neutered Mueller’s “Obstruction of Justice” innuendo in his report.

Appointed Durham to do an investigation on the origins of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation, which is now a criminal probe.

Stood against the narrative that the Horowitz investigation proved the Crossfire Hurricane was properly predicated, and made clear there were other offenses outside of the FBI.

Caused general hysteria amongst the Democrats.

As for time, he really wasn’t able to get started until after the Mueller Report was delivered.

without Trump’s tweets we would NOT have known the foreperson is a commie leftist hack who didn’t care about evidence, she wanted to hurt anyone associated with Trump

Wouldn't surprise me to find out that exposing that particular tidbit was the main tactical reason for this entire incident.
Rather cuts both feet out from under Stone's 'conviction'.

You’d think by now folks would just accept that this is the way Trump rolls.

Like Patton said, “L’audace ! L’audace ! Toujours l’audace !”

Okay. Fair enough.

Who has been arrested? Who has been charged?

With the amount of corruption in D.C., he should have a list a mile long. Does he?

I’m glad I was taking a nap at the time, so this whole thing literally means nothing to me.

My cats love the laser-pointer -
they love it so much that we had to take it away, because they became too crazy over it.

(Too bad so many Freepers have the cognitive abilities of a Cat.)

Trump can crap on Barr and anyone at “justice” anytime; he really should do it more often.

This “independent” federal judiciary concept is so bogus. The American people have been brainwashed into believing that somehow these people can be trusted because they have some sort of sacred fealty to the law. Why do people fall for this; these people do not possess superior morals. In fact, this so called “independent” arrangement attracts sociopaths in the same way that day care centers attract pedophiles.

Let’s dissolve the absurd notion that the federal judiciary and DOJ should be independent. We desperately need transparency, accountability, and a meaningful means of popular control. To say that they must be independent so that they are unhindered to follow the law hasn’t worked out so well when you consider the horrible actions by the doj and the police state agencies over the years.

There is ALWAYS a reason Trump tweets these things, he KNOWS exactly what the blowback will be YET in a few days we always find out WHY the tweet was done!! I believe this tweet went out BECAUSE he had the info on this BIASED jury forewoman!!!! I don’t believe Barr had this information!!!

He wants him to stop tweeting because the non-biased (/s) media is always at the ready.

think President Trump just sent a very public message to his Attorney General.

The whole exchange was a mistake. President Trump was doing so well this week. This is a tactical error. There is no reason to give the adversary an opening like this. He should stick to the positive campaign record and let his DOJ appointees do their job, which is hard enough already. Some on this forum seem to forget what a small minority they represent in the larger population, where this kind of behavior is not viewed favorably by those who want to, who hopefully will, reelect President Trump because he is accomplishing great things, thanks be to God.

And it’s funny how liberals conveniently forget about their ‘saint’ FDR attempting to pack the Supreme Court.

That’s a very good point, certainly lost on the spinning stooges in the MSM.

Barr said, “Public statements and tweets made about the department, about our people in the department, our men and women, about cases pending in the department, and about judges before whom we have cases, make it impossible for me to do my job and to assure the courts and the prosecutors in the department that we’re doing our work with integrity.”

So the DOJ can’t work with integrity if the president tweets? How exactly does that work?

Properly done, you wouldn’t know the difference between inaction and preparation. These things are supposed to be confidentially carried out - even if we’ve gotten used to the Obama clown-show version of justice as a campaign-event.

It’s not been an inordinately long time since he was able to begin acting in the end of May. He doesn’t have forever, but it’s still within the typical length of time for investigations to develop. Even more so, when he has to make it so ironclad that a DC jury will convict.

Mueller (Weissman) was faster, because 1) he started with a developed structure and identified targets, and 2) he cheated by abusing the system and his targets.

Sounds like Barr rightfully got his point across...

I anticipate President Trump will back off a bit while Barr sorts through the pile of s**t cabal members.

Do your effin job Barr, and there would be no need for tweets. It doesn’t take years to bring people to justice. It just doesn’t. You may think you have an eternity, but the President does not. People pulled out the long knives, illegally, and failed. Put those bastards in jail. Don’t squeal about comments. Do your effin job.
