How in the heck will relocating illegal immigrants to rural America create jobs in those areas. The very reason why many rural towns in America are declining is because there are no jobs available for those who were born and reared there. Thus they have to leave to go find a job after graduating high school. Buttboy is clueless. Does he include South Bend in his plan. I hear that South Bend is in a decline as well.
