I don’t know, and I admit I don’t...
But, I have observed people who do nothing but smoke marijuana from the time they wake at noon, to the time they nod off in the wee hours.
Seems a little more than just a habit.
Cheetos are addictive, pot is a habit. Feel free to substitute snickers bars or tacos for Cheetos. Mars bars are interchangeable with the snickers bars.
That being said, there was no legal pot when I quit so the pot available today might be more addicting than it was when I imbibed. When it comes to the pot available now, I too do not know. Either way, I now recommend that if you smoke, quit, and if you don't, don't start. I hold the same belief with alcohol, which in my eyes is even more destructive, unless one is a casual drinker who drinks quite rarely.
I used to have a worthless neighbor, who got out of bed each morning...to smoke a joint, and probably smoked at least five more over the rest of the day. He lost all motivation. Was on welfare, and that was his game-plan at age 35.
And you know that when it affects their ability (or desire) to work for a living, the lib @$$hole$ will declare it a disease instead of a behavior, as they did with alcoholism, and put them on the dole at our expense.
We must insist that any legalization or decriminalization contain a ban of any public funds being spent on the results of legalization. Let charity take care of them; those of you who advocate legalization will happily donate, right?
Well as one who smoked from 1971-1984 I can only speak from personal experience that its not addictive whatsoever
Its habit forming though like diet Dr Pepper or sex
Chronic all day use does stymie people no doubt
